Claims (15)

1. Емкостная сенсорная панель, содержащая:
подложку емкостной сенсорной панели;
многослойное прозрачное проводящее покрытие, поддерживаемое упомянутой подложкой, при этом многослойное прозрачное проводящее покрытие включает в себя по меньшей мере один проводящий слой, содержащий серебро, диэлектрический слой, содержащий оксид цинка, расположенный под и непосредственно контактирующий с упомянутым проводящим слоем, содержащим серебро, слой, содержащий Ni и Cr, расположенный над и непосредственно контактирующий с упомянутым проводящим слоем, содержащим серебро, и диэлектрический(е) слой(и), содержащий(е) оксид олова или нитрид кремния, поверх упомянутого проводящего слоя, содержащего серебро, и поверх упомянутого слоя, содержащего Ni и Cr;
множество электродов рядов, множество электродов столбцов и множество проводящих дорожек, причем по меньшей мере один из электродов рядов и электродов столбцов содержит упомянутое многослойное прозрачное проводящее покрытие; и
процессор для определения электрической емкости между электродами рядов и электродами столбцов, осуществляемого при обнаружении места прикосновения на сенсорной панели.
2. Емкостная сенсорная панель по п. 1, в которой прозрачное проводящее покрытие содержит, отдаляясь от подложки:
первый диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния;
упомянутый диэлектрический слой, содержащий оксид цинка;
упомянутый проводящий слой, содержащий серебро;
упомянутый слой, содержащий Ni и Cr; и
второй диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния.
3. Емкостная сенсорная панель по п. 2, в которой прозрачное проводящее покрытие дополнительно содержит диэлектрический слой, содержащий оксид титана, расположенный между по меньшей мере первым диэлектрическим слоем, содержащим нитрид кремния, и диэлектрическим слоем, содержащим оксид цинка.
4. Емкостная сенсорная панель по п. 1, в которой прозрачное проводящее покрытие дополнительно содержит внешний слой, содержащий оксид циркония.
5. Емкостная сенсорная панель по п. 1, в которой прозрачное проводящее покрытие обладает удельным поверхностным сопротивлением, меньшим или равным примерно 15 Ом/квадрат.
6. Емкостная сенсорная панель по п. 1, в которой прозрачное проводящее покрытие обладает удельным поверхностным сопротивлением, меньшим или равным примерно 10 Ом/квадрат.
