Claims (21)
1. Армированная волокном композиция полимера, содержащая:
(a) от 10 до 85 масс. % полипропилена (РР) от общей массы армированной волокном композиции полимера,
(b) от 12,5 до 53 масс. % волокна (F) от общей массы армированной волокно м композиции полимера,
(c) от 2 до 12 масс. % стеклянного наполнителя в виде шариков (GB) от общей массы армированной волокном композиции полимера, и
(d) от 0,5 до 5 масс. % полярного модифицированного полипропилена (РМР) в качестве связующего агента от общей массы армированной волокном композиции полимера.
2. Армированная волокном композиция полимера по п. 1, где полипропилен (РР) содержит гомополимер пропилена (Н-РР) и/или сополимер пропилена (С-РР).
3. Армированная волокном композиция полимера по п. 1 или 2, где полипропилен (РР) содержит гетерофазный сополимер пропилена (НЕСО), содержащий:
(a) полипропиленовую матрицу (М), представляющую гомополимер пропилена или сополимер пропилена, и
(b) эластомерный сополимер пропилена (Е), содержащий единицы, полученные из пропилена и
этилена и/или С4-С20 α-олефин.
4. Армированная волокном композиция полимера по п. 3, где гетерофазный сополимер пропилена (НЕСО) имеет:
(a) скорость течения расплава MFR2(230°C), измеренную согласно ISO1133, в пределах от 1,0 до 50 г/10 минут,
(b) содержание сомономера в пределах от 3,0 до 25 масс. % от общей массы гетерофазного сополимера пропилена (НЕСО), и
(c) содержание фракции, растворимой в холодном ксилоле (XCS), в пределах от 10 до 50 масс. % от общей массы гетерофазного сополимера пропилена (НЕСО).
5. Армированная волокном композиция полимера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где армированная волокном композиция полимера дополнительно содержит вплоть до 20 масс. % модификатора, повышающего ударную прочность эластомерного полимера (IM), от общей массы армированной волокном композиции полимера.
6. Армированная волокном композиция полимера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где волокна (F) имеют средний диаметр от 8 до 20 μм и аспектное соотношение от 125 до 650.
7. Армированная волокном композиция полимера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где волокна (F) выбирают из группы, состоящей из стекловолокна, металлического волокна, минерального волокна, керамические волокна и их смесей.
8. Армированная волокном композиция полимера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где стеклянный наполнитель в виде шариков (GB) имеет средний диаметр 10-50 μм.
9. Армированная волокном композиция полимера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где полярный модифицированный полипропилен (РМР) представляет сополимер пропилена привитой малеиновым ангидридом, предпочтительно привитой малеиновым ангидридом сополимер пропилена содержит этилен в качестве сомономерных единиц.
10. Изделие для автомобильной промышленности, содержащее армированную волокном композицию полимера по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
11. Вспененное изделие, содержащее армированную волокном композицию полимера по любому из пп. 1-9.
