Claims (35)

1. Способ изготовления звуко- и/или теплоизоляционного элемента с использованием вспениваемых и/или предварительно вспененных полимерных частиц, которые покрыты связующим материалом, предпочтительно органическим связующим материалом, и затем подвергнуты обработке в процессе формования, в котором полимерные частицы склеиваются и/или спекаются друг с другом, причем склеивание производится посредством связующего материала,
отличающийся тем, что для нанесения покрытия на вспениваемые и/или предварительно вспененные полимерные частицы применяют негидрофильный связующий материал.
2. Способ по п.1,
отличающийся тем, что применяют связующий материал, который имеет статический начальный краевой угол воды после 1 минуты приведения в равновесие ≥35°, предпочтительно ≥40°, более предпочтительно ≥50°.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2,
отличающийся тем, что применяют связующий материал, который имеет поверхностную энергию ≤70 мН/м, предпочтительно ≤65° мН/м, более предпочтительно ≤60 мН/м.
4. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов,
отличающийся тем, что применяют связующий материал, который имеет полярный компонент поверхностной энергии ≤35 мН/м, предпочтительно ≤30 мН/м, более предпочтительно ≤25 мН/м.
5. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов,
отличающийся тем, что применяют связующий материал, который имеет дисперсионный компонент поверхностной энергии ≥10 мН/м, предпочтительно ≥20 мН/м, более предпочтительно ≥30 мН/м.
6. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов,
отличающийся тем, что в качестве связующего материала применяют водную дисперсию полимера или диспергируемый порошок на основе акрилата, (мет)акрилата, стирол-акрилата, винилацетата, этилен-винилацетатного сополимера, сложных виниловых эфиров, винилхлорида, полиуретана, полисилоксана и/или силиконовой смолы.
7. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов,
отличающийся тем, что применяют вспениваемые и/или предварительно вспененные полимерные частицы из полистирола, полиуретана, полипропилена, полиэтилена и/или полиэтилентерефталата.
8. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов,
отличающийся тем, что применяют вспениваемые и/или предварительно вспененные полимерные частицы из биополимера, в частности, из полилактида и/или биополимера на основе крахмала или целлюлозы, например, ацетата целлюлозы, пропионата целлюлозы и/или бутирата целлюлозы.
9. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов,
отличающийся тем, что используют вспениваемые и/или предварительно вспененные полимерные частицы в количестве от 30 до 99 вес.%, предпочтительно от 40 до 98 вес.%, более предпочтительно от 60 до 97 вес.%, и связующий материал в количестве от 1 до 70 вес.%, предпочтительно от 2 до 60 вес.%, более предпочтительно от 3 до 40 вес.%, в каждом случае в расчете на общий вес твердого вещества исходных материалов.
10. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов,
отличающийся тем, что вводят по меньшей мере одну добавку, в частности, в форме огнезащитного средства, причем речь предпочтительно идет о вспучивающемся огнезащитном средстве, предпочтительно о пенографите.
11. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов,
отличающийся тем, что покрытые полимерные частицы для формования помещают в форму и с приложением давления и/или подведением тепла склеивают и/или спекают.
12. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент из пеноматериала на основе полимерных частиц, который включает склеенные и/или спеченные между собой полимерные частицы, причем склеивание достигается посредством связующего материала, предпочтительно посредством органического связующего материала, которым были покрыты полимерные частицы, предпочтительно перед спеканием,
отличающийся тем, что связующий материал является негидрофильным и образует по меньшей мере частично обволакивающее полимерные частицы покрытие.
13. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по п.12,
отличающийся тем, что образующий покрытие связующий материал имеет статический начальный краевой угол воды после 1 минуты приведения в равновесие ≥35°, предпочтительно ≥40°, более предпочтительно ≥50°.
14. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по п. 12 или 13,
отличающийся тем, что образующий покрытие связующий материал имеет общую поверхностную энергию ≤70 мН/м, предпочтительно ≤65° мН/м, более предпочтительно ≤60 мН/м.
15. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по одному из пп. 12-14, отличающийся тем, что образующий покрытие связующий материал имеет полярный компонент поверхностной энергии ≤35 мН/м, предпочтительно ≤30 мН/м, более предпочтительно ≤25 мН/м.
16. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по одному из пп. 12-15, отличающийся тем, что образующий покрытие связующий материал имеет дисперсионный компонент поверхностной энергии ≥10 мН/м, предпочтительно ≥20 мН/м, более предпочтительно ≥30 мН/м.
17. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по одному из пп. 12-16, отличающийся тем, что образующий покрытие связующий материал представляет собой связующий материал на основе акрилата, (мет)акрилата, стирол-акрилата, винилацетата, этилен-винилацетатного сополимера, сложных виниловых эфиров, винилхлорида, полиуретана, полисилоксана и/или силиконовой смолы.
18. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по одному из пп. 12-17, отличающийся тем, что пеноматериал на основе полимерных частиц содержит полимерные частицы из полистирола, полиуретана, полипропилена и/или полиэтилена.
19. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по одному из пп. 12-18, отличающийся тем, что пеноматериал на основе полимерных частиц содержит полимерные частицы из биополимера, в частности, из полилактида и/или биополимера на основе крахмала или целлюлозы, например, ацетата целлюлозы, пропионата целлюлозы и/или бутирата целлюлозы.
20. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по одному из пп. 12-19, отличающийся тем, что огнезащитное средство предпочтительно содержит вспучивающееся огнезащитное средство, в частности, пенографит.
21. Звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент по одному из пп. 12-20, отличающийся тем, что звуко- и/или теплоизоляционный элемент был изготовлен согласно способу по одному из пп. 1-11.
