Claims (17)
1. Способ изготовления листового материала, содержащий стадию передачи энергии, при которой листовой материал проходит между энергоизлучающим устройством и рисунчатым опорным валком, причем после прохождения листового материала на опорный валок наносят масло и нанесенное масло удаляют с опорного валка перед следующим прохождением листового материала.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором масло представляет собой насыщенный углеводород или насыщенный силоксан, содержащий по меньшей мере 20 атомов углерода и/или кремния.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором вязкость масла при 40°C составляет 20-100 мм2/с, в частности 50-80 мм2/с.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором на м2 листового материала наносят от 0,1 до 5 мкл, предпочтительно - от 0,5 до 2 мкл масла.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором опорный валок после его соприкосновения с листовым материалом подвергают очистке щеткой.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором стадия передачи энергии содержит ультразвуковую обработку.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором ультразвуковая обработка включает в себя ультразвуковое печатание для изготовления рисунчатого листового материала.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором толщина отпечатанной части составляет от 75 до 95% толщины неотпечатанной части.
9. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором толщина листа листового материала составляет 250-2000 мкм, предпочтительно - 400-1000 мкм, более предпочтительно 500-800 мкм.
10. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором листовой материал содержит 40-80 мас.%, предпочтительно - 50-75 мас.%, целлюлозных волокон и 15-60 мас.%, предпочтительно - 25-50 мас.%, термопластичных волокон.
11. Рисунчатый нетканый листовой материал, получаемый согласно способу по любому из предшествующих пунктов, который содержит 40-80 мас.% целлюлозных волокон и 15-60 мас.% термопластичных волокон и дополнительно содержит от 0,1 до 5 ч/млн масла.
12. Рисунчатый нетканый листовой материал, получаемый согласно способу по любому из пп.1-10, который содержит 40-80 мас.% целлюлозных волокон и 15-60 мас.% термопластичных волокон и не имеет сквозных отверстий протяженностью более 1 мм вдоль машинного направления (MD) листового материала.
13. Листовой материал по п.11 или 12, который не содержит повторяющихся сквозных отверстий протяженностью более 0,2 мм вдоль машинного направления (MD) листового материала.
14. Устройство для непрерывного печатания листового материала, содержащее: рисунчатый опорный валок; передатчик энергии, излучающий ультразвуковую энергию на опорный валок на расстоянии от опорного валка; средство для вращения опорного валка; средство для нанесения масла по ширине опорного валка, расположенное дальше по ходу от передатчика энергии; и средство для удаления масла с опорного валка, расположенное дальше по ходу от средства для нанесения масла.
15. Устройство по п.14, в котором расстояние между энергоизлучающим блоком и опорным валком имеет регулируемый зазор шириной от 600 до 2000 мкм.
16. Устройство по п.14 или 15, в котором средство для вращения опорного валка способно вращать опорный валок с тангенциальной скоростью от 2 до 10 м/с.
17. Устройство по любому из пп.14-16, в котором средство для удаления масла содержит щетку или воздушную струю.
