Claims (26)
1. Индукционное запаивающее устройство, содержащее:
главный корпус,
концентратор магнитного поля, удерживаемый в указанном главном корпусе,
проводящий элемент,
при этом один или несколько выступов указанного концентратора магнитного поля взаимодействуют с одним или несколькими выступами или отверстиями указанного главного корпуса так, чтобы указанный концентратор магнитного поля и указанный главный корпус прочно соединялись друг с другом.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанный концентратор магнитного поля выполнен литьем под давлением, и указанный главный корпус служит в качестве формы в ходе литья под давлением.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором по меньшей мере одно или несколько отверстий в указанном главном корпусе используются для
направления материала для формирования указанного концентратора магнитного поля во внутреннее пространство указанного главного корпуса.
4. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, в котором указанный главный корпус представляет собой вытянутый корпус, при этом указанное по меньшей мере одно или несколько отверстий расположены примерно в середине указанного вытянутого корпуса.
5. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, в котором указанный главный корпус представляет собой вытянутый корпус, при этом указанное по меньшей мере одно или несколько отверстий расположены на наружных концах указанного вытянутого корпуса.
6. Устройство по п.4 или 5, в котором указанный главный корпус оборудован вырезом в средней части.
7. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором указанный один или несколько выступов указанного концентратора магнитного поля взаимодействуют с одним или несколькими углублениями или отверстиями указанного проводящего элемента так, чтобы указанный концентратор магнитного поля и указанный проводящий элемент прочно соединялись друг с другом.
8. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащее:
защитный элемент,
при этом один или несколько выступов указанного концентратора магнитного поля взаимодействуют с одним или несколькими выступами или отверстиями указанного защитного элемента так, чтобы указанный концентратор магнитного поля и указанный защитный элемент прочно соединялись друг с другом.
9. Способ изготовления индукционного запаивающего устройства, содержащего главный корпус, концентратор магнитного поля, удерживаемый в указанном главном корпусе и проводящий элемент, причем в способе:
помещают указанный проводящий элемент во внутренне пространство указанного главного корпуса, и
отливают под давлением указанный концентратор магнитного поля путем направления материала концентратора магнитного поля в указанное внутреннее пространство указанного главного корпуса через по меньшей мере одно отверстие в указанном главном корпусе,
при этом один или несколько выступов указанного концентратора магнитного поля взаимодействуют с одним или несколькими углублениями или отверстиями в указанном главном корпусе с возможностью прочного соединения указанного концентратора магнитного поля с указанным главным корпусом.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором указанное по меньшей мере одно или несколько отверстий в указанном главном корпусе используют для направления материала для формирования указанного концентратора магнитного поля во внутреннее пространство указанного главного корпуса.
11. Способ по любому из пп.9 или 10, в котором указанный по один или несколько выступов указанного концентратора магнитного поля взаимодействуют с одни или несколькими углублениями или отверстиями указанного проводящего элемента с возможностью прочного соединения указанного концентратора магнитного поля с указанным проводящим элементом.
12. Способ по любому из пп.9-11, в котором дополнительно:
формируют защитный элемент на указанном концентраторе магнитного поля,
при этом один или несколько выступов указанного концентратора магнитного поля взаимодействуют с одни или несколькими углублениями или отверстиями в указанном защитном элементе с возможностью прочного соединения указанного концентратора магнитного поля с указанным защитным элементом
13. Способ по п.12, при котором указанный защитный элемент выполняется литьем под давлением.
14. Машина для наполнения, содержащая запаивающее устройство по одному из пп.1-8.
