Claims (61)
1. Гибридная вуаль, являющаяся гибкой, самонесущей и проницаемой для жидкости и газа, содержащая
(а) переплетенные, произвольно расположенные волокна в виде нетканой структуры;
(b) частицы, диспергированные по всей нетканой структуре, при этом большинство частиц проходят сквозь толщину нетканой структуры; и
(с) полимерное или смоляное связующее, имеющееся во всей вуали,
при этом гибридная вуаль имеет поверхностную плотность, которая меньше или равна 12 г/м2,
частицы имеют гранулометрическое распределение с медианным диаметром d50 в пределах от приблизительно 10 мкм до приблизительно 50 мкм или в пределах от приблизительно 15 мкм до приблизительно 35 мкм, при измерении методом лазерной дифракции, и
связующее присутствует в количестве от 5% до 25% масс. или от 10% до 20% масс. от общей массы вуали.
2. Гибридная вуаль по п.1, в которой волокна нетканой структуры представляют собой углеродные волокна, термопластичные волокна или их комбинацию.
3. Гибридная вуаль по п.1, при этом гибридная вуаль имеет поверхностную плотность от 5 г/м2 до 12 г/м2.
4. Гибридная вуаль по п.1, в которой отношение массы волокон к массе частиц в вуали находится в пределах от 51 до 11.
5. Гибридная вуаль п.1, в которой волокна нетканой структуры представляют собой рубленые волокна, имеющие длину в пределах от приблизительно 3 мм до приблизительно 18 мм.
6. Гибридная вуаль п.1, в которой волокна нетканой структуры имеют диаметры поперечных сечений в пределах от приблизительно 3,0 мкм до приблизительно 15 мкм.
7. Гибридная вуаль п.1, в которой частицы выбраны из полимерных частиц, частиц с ядром и оболочкой и композиционных частиц, образованных из смеси разных материалов.
8. Гибридная вуаль по п.7, в которой частицы представляют собой полимерные частицы, содержащие один или более полимеров, выбранных из термопластичных полимеров, эластомерных полимеров и сшитых термопластичных полимеров.
9. Гибридная вуаль по п.8, в которой частицы представляют собой полиамидные или полиимидные частицы.
10. Гибридная вуаль по п.7, в которой частицы представляют собой композиционные части, образованные из смеси, содержащей по меньшей мере один полимер и по меньшей мере один проводящий материал.
11. Гибридная вуаль по п.10, в которой проводящий материал выбран из металлов, металлических сплавов и углерода.
12. Гибридная вуаль п.1, в которой полимерное или смоляное связующее содержит компонент, выбранный из термопластичных полимеров, эластомерных полимеров, термоотверждающихся смол, их сополимеров и их комбинаций.
13. Гибридная вуаль по п.12, в которой связующее содержит компонент, выбранный из винилов, включая поливиниловый спирт (PVA), сополимер этилена и винилового спирта (PEVOH), поливинилацетат, поливиниловый простой эфир, поливинилхлорид (PVC) и поливиниловый сложный эфир; бутадиенов, включая сополимер стирола и бутадиена и сополимер бутадиена и акрилонитрила; силиконов; сложных полиэфиров; полиамидов; сшитых сложных полиэфиров; акриловых соединений, включая стирол-акриловые соединения и акрилонитрильные акриловые соединения; эпоксидных смол; феноксисмол; фенольных смол; полиуретанов; фенолформальдегидной смолы; мочевиноформальдегидной смолы; их сополимеров и их комбинаций.
14. Композиционный ламинат, содержащий
пакет слоев из препрегов, расположенных в виде стопы, при этом каждый слой из препрега содержит слой из армирующих волокон, который был пропитан отверждающейся матричной смолой; и
по меньшей мере одну гибридную вуаль по любому из пп.1-13, проложенную между двумя соседними слоями из препрегов.
15. Волокнистая преформа, выполненная с возможностью пропитки жидкой смолой, содержащая
множество волокнистых слоев, которые являются проницаемыми для жидкой смолы;
по меньшей мере одну гибридную вуаль по любому из пп.1-13, проложенную между двумя соседними волокнистыми слоями.
16. Волокнистая преформа по п.15, в которой волокнистые слои выбраны из тканых и нетканых материалов, а также многоосных полотен.
17. Препрег, содержащий
армирующие волокна, пропитанные отверждающейся смолой; и
гибридную вуаль по любому из пп.1-13, заделанную в отверждающуюся смолу.
18. Препрег по п.17, в котором армирующие волокна представляют собой однонаправленные углеродные волокна.
19. Лента препрега, пригодная для использования в процессе автоматизированной выкладки ленты (ATL) или автоматизированной выкладки волокон (AFP), содержащая
армирующие волокна, пропитанные отверждающейся смолой, и гибридную вуаль по любому из пп.1-13, заделанную в отверждающуюся смолу,
при этом лента препрега имеет небольшую ширину от 3,17 мм до 305 мм и непрерывную длину, которая превышает ее ширину по меньшей мере в десять раз.
20. Волокнистая лента, пригодная для использования в процессе автоматизированной выкладки ленты (ATL) или автоматизированной выкладки волокон (AFP), содержащая
слой из однонаправленных армирующих волокон, наложенный на гибридную вуаль по любому из пп.1-13,
причем волокнистая лента имеет небольшую ширину от 3,17 мм до 305 мм и непрерывную длину, которая превышает ее ширину по меньшей мере в десять раз, и
при этом волокнистая лента является проницаемой для жидкой смолы.
21. Полотно, которое может быть пропитано жидкой смолой, содержащее
по меньшей мере один слой полотна, содержащий однонаправленные волокна; и
гибридную вуаль по любому из пп.1-13, прикрепленную к слою полотна.
22. Тканый материал, проницаемый для жидкости и газа, содержащий
жгуты однонаправленных волокон, расположенные параллельно друг другу; и
полоски нетканого материала, переплетенные с жгутами однонаправленных волокон в ткацком переплетении,
причем каждый жгут однонаправленных волокон состоит из множества непрерывных нитевидных волокон, и
при этом нетканый материал представляет собой гибридную вуаль по любому из пп.1-13.
23. Способ изготовления модифицированного препрега, включающий
ввод гибридной вуали по любому из пп.1-13 в контакт с поверхностью предварительно пропитанного препрега, содержащего слой из армирующих волокон, пропитанных отверждающейся смолой;
подвод тепла и давления к гибридной вуали и препрегу так, чтобы гибридная вуаль была заделана в отверждающуюся смолу.
24. Способ изготовления модифицированного препрега, включающий
соединение гибридной вуали по любому из пп.1-13 со слоем армирующих волокон и первой смоляной пленкой так, чтобы (i) смоляная пленка была размещена между гибридной вуалью и слоем из армирующих волокон, или, чтобы (ii) гибридная вуаль была размещена между слоем из армирующих волокон и первой смоляной пленкой, образуя при этом ламинат;
подвод тепла и давления к ламинату.
25. Способ изготовления конструкции из композита, включающий
укладку множества препрегов в виде пакета, при этом каждый препрег содержит отверждающуюся матричную смолу и армирующие волокна, заделанные в матричную смолу;
размещение по меньшей мере одной гибридной вуали по любому из пп.1-13 между соседними препрегами;
уплотнение и отверждение пакета из препрегов;
при этом, после уплотнения и отверждения, упомянутая по меньшей мере одна гибридная вуаль образует межслойную зону с толщиной менее 60 мкм.
26. Способ изготовления конструкции из композита, включающий
образование волокнистой преформы, проницаемой для жидкой смолы, при этом указанная волокнистая преформа содержит множество волокнистых слоев и по меньшей мере одну гибридную вуаль по любому из пп.1-13, проложенную между соседними волокнистыми слоями;
пропитку волокнистой преформы жидкой смолой, содержащей одну или более термоотверждающихся смол; и
отверждение преформы, пропитанной смолой,
при этом после отверждения упомянутая по меньшей мере одна гибридная вуаль образует межслойную зону с толщиной менее 80 мкм или менее 60 мкм.
