Claims (9)
1. Композиция смазочного масла для приводного вала механического станка, содержащая базовое масло, которое содержит масло, содержащее от 20 мас.% до 49 мас.% н-парафиновых компонентов и от 51 мас.% до 80 мас.% изо-парафиновых компонентов, в количестве 90 мас.% или более от общего количества базового масла, и которая имеет кинематическую вязкость при 40°С от 1 до 5 мм2/с, причем указанное базовое масло содержит по меньшей мере один компонент, выбранный из β-дитиофосфорилированной пропионовой кислоты, представленной ниже формулой 1, и кислого сложного эфира фосфорной кислоты, представленного ниже формулой 2:
где в формуле 1 R1 представляет собой разветвленную алкильную группу, содержащую от 3 до 8 атомов углерода, и R2 представляет собой атом водорода или алкильную группу, содержащую от 1 до 4 атомов углерода, и в формуле 2 m обозначает целое число 1 или 2, и R представляет собой углеводород с неразветвленной или разветвленной цепью, содержащий от 6 до 22 атомов углерода.
2. Композиция смазочного масла для приводного вала механического станка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что β-дитиофосфорилированная пропионовая кислота представляет собой 3-(O,O-диизобутил-дитиофосфорил)-2-метилпропионовую кислоту и содержится в количестве 0,01 мас.% или более, но менее 2 мас.% относительно общего количества композиции.
3. Композиция смазочного масла для приводного вала механического станка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что кислый сложный эфир фосфорной кислоты представляет собой соединение, в котором R в формуле 2 представляет собой углеводород c неразветвленной или разветвленной цепью содержащий от 8 до 18 атомов углерода, и содержится в количестве 0,01 мас.% или более, но менее 2 мас.% относительно общего количества композиции.
4. Композиция смазочного масла для приводного вала механического станка по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что базовое масло представляет собой базовое масло, полученное полимеризацией Фишера-Тропша.
5. Композиция смазочного масла для приводного вала механического станка по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащая кислородсодержащее органическое соединение в качестве солюбилизирующего агента в количестве от 0,01 до 5 мас.% относительно общего количества композиции.
6. Композиция смазочного масла для приводного вала механического станка по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающаяся тем, что температура вспышки (COC) композиции составляет 100°С или более.
