Claims (47)
1. Монитор (118) пациента, содержащий
проводной или беспроводной интерфейс (118a) связи, выполненный с возможностью обмена данными с устройством (120) для внутрисосудистого введения;
проводной или беспроводной интерфейс (119) датчиков показателей жизненно важных функций;
компонент (410) для отображения и
электронное устройство, запрограммированное на:
прием измерительной информации о лекарственном препарате в функции от времени из устройства (120) для внутрисосудистого введения через проводной или беспроводной интерфейс (118a) связи;
прием информации (310) о показателях жизненно важных функций в функции от времени от одного или более датчиков показателей жизненно важных функций, подключенных к проводному или беспроводному интерфейсу (119) датчиков показателей жизненно важных функций и
одновременное отображение на компоненте (410) для отображения синхронизированных по времени представлений как информации о показателях жизненно важных функций в функции от времени, так и измерительной информации о лекарственном препарате в функции от времени.
2. Монитор (118) по п. 1, в котором измерительная информация о лекарственном препарате в функции от времени содержит скорость потока в функции от времени и температуру лекарственного препарата в функции от времени.
3. Монитор (118) пациента по пп. 1 и 2, в котором электронное устройство запрограммировано на одновременное отображение на компоненте (410) для отображения линий трендов как для информации о показателях жизненно важных функций в функции от времени, так и для измерительной информации о лекарственном препарате в функции от времени,
причем оси времени линий трендов совмещены по горизонтали или вертикали и синхронизированы по времени.
4. Монитор (118) пациента по п. 3, в котором электронное устройство дополнительно запрограммировано на изменение цвета линии тренда измерительной информации о лекарственном препарате в соответствии с изменением скорости потока.
5. Монитор (118) пациента по любому из пп. 1–4, в котором электронное устройство запрограммировано на одновременное отображение на компоненте (410) для отображения как текущего числового значения или значений информации о показателях жизненно важных функций, так и текущего значения или значений измерительной информации о лекарственном препарате в функции от времени, при этом все отображаемые текущие числовые значения обновляются в режиме реального времени.
6. Монитор (118) пациента по любому из пп. 1–5, в котором
проводной или беспроводной интерфейс (118a) связи выполнен с возможностью обмена данными с множеством устройств для внутрисосудистого введения, а
электронное устройство запрограммировано на прием измерительной информации о лекарственном препарате в функции от времени от множества устройств для внутрисосудистого введения посредством проводного или беспроводного интерфейса связи и на одновременное отображение на компоненте (410) для отображения синхронизированных по времени представлений всей информации о показателях жизненно важных функций в функции от времени и измерительной информации о лекарственном препарате от каждого устройства для внутрисосудистого введения в функции от времени.
7.Монитор (118) пациента по любому из пп. 1–6, в котором электронное устройство дополнительно запрограммировано на
определение сигнала управления для управления устройством для внутрисосудистого введения на основе по меньшей мере информации о показателях жизненно важных функций в функции от времени и
отправку определенного сигнала управления на устройство (120) для внутрисосудистого введения.
8. Устройство (120) для внутрисосудистого введения, выполненное с возможностью связи с системой сбора данных, которое содержит
регулятор (208) потока для автоматического управления скоростью потока лекарственного препарата;
детектор (204) потока, выполненный с возможностью измерения скорости потока лекарственного препарата;
проводной или беспроводной интерфейс (120a) связи, выполненный с возможностью обмена данными с монитором (118) пациента для приема данных о показателях жизненно важных функций пациента; и
электронное устройство, запрограммированное на
прием сигнала показателей жизненно важных функций посредством проводного или беспроводного интерфейса связи;
формирование сигнала управления скоростью потока на основе сигнала показателей жизненно важных функций и измеряемой скорости потока;
сброс скорости потока до скорости потока по умолчанию, если сигнал показателей жизненно важных функций утерян.
9. Устройство (120) для внутрисосудистого введения по п. 8, в котором считывающее устройство представляет собою устройство для считывания штрих-кода или устройство считывания радиочастотной идентификации (RFID).
10. Устройство (120) для внутрисосудистого введения по п. 8, содержащее шприц (120) или инфузионный насос (122).
11. Устройство (120) для внутрисосудистого введения по п. 8, дополнительно содержащее
датчик (206) температуры, заключенный в корпус шприца; и
считывающее устройство (202), соединенное шнуром с корпусом шприца, которые выполнено с возможностью определения типа лекарственного препарата.
12. Система, содержащая устройство (120) для внутрисосудистого введения, содержащее
детектор (204) потока, выполненный с возможностью измерения скорости потока лекарственного препарата;
датчик(206) температуры, выполненный с возможностью измерения температуры лекарственного препарата;
считывающее устройство (202), соединенное шнуром с корпусом шприца, которые выполнено с возможностью определения типа лекарственного препарата;
электронное устройство, запрограммированное на прием сигнала управления от монитора (118) пациента; установку скорости потока на основании принятого сигнала управления;
причем монитор (118) пациента содержит электронное устройство, запрограммированное на прием измерительной информации о лекарственном препарате от устройства (120) для внутрисосудистого введения; прием информации (310) о показателях жизненно важных функций;
дисплей (410), выполненный с возможностью отображения информации о показателях жизненно важных функций вместе с измерительной информацией о лекарственном препарате.
13. Система по п. 12, содержащая по меньшей мере два устройства (120) для внутрисосудистого введения.
14. Система по любому из пп. 12 и 13, в которой электронное устройство устройства (120) для внутрисосудистого введения запрограммировано на сброс скорости потока до скорости потока по умолчанию, если сигнал управления утерян.
15. Система по любому из пп. 12–14, в которой электронное устройство устройства (120) для внутрисосудистого введения запрограммировано на сброс скорости потока до скорости потока по умолчанию, если информация о сигнале показателей жизненно важных функций пациента утеряна.
16. Система по любому из пп. 12–15, в которой измерительная информация о лекарственном препарате содержит скорость потока, измеряемую детектором (204) потока, и температуру, измеряемую датчиком (206) температуры.
17. Система по любому из пп. 12-16, в которой измерительная информация о лекарственном препарате состоит из скорости потока, измеряемой детектором (204) потока, и температуры, измеряемой датчиком (206) температуры.
18. Система по любому из пп. 12–17, в которой дисплей (410) дополнительно выполнен с возможностью синхронизированного по времени отображения информации о показателях жизненно важных функций вместе с измерительной информацией о лекарственном препарате.
19.Система по любому из пп. 12–18, в которой дисплей (410) дополнительно выполнен с возможностью изменения цвета кривой в соответствии с изменением скорости потока.
20. Система по любому из пп. 12–19, в которой отображаемая информация о показателях жизненно важных функций содержит сведения об электрокардиограмме (ЭКГ), артериальном давлении и SpO2, отображаемые совместно в формате кривой.
