Claims (13)
1. Способ получения композиции полимера винилиденхлорида, включающий:
(a) введение первой дисперсии, содержащей воск, полиолефин или их комбинацию, в водную дисперсию, содержащую частицы полимера винилиденхлорида;
(b) введение латекса акрилового полимера в указанную водную дисперсию; и
(c) коагуляцию воска, полиолефина или комбинации воска и полиолефина, и акрилового полимера, на поверхности частиц полимера.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая дисперсия содержит анионное поверхностно-активное вещество.
3. Способ по п. 1 или п. 2, дополнительно включающий введение второй дисперсии, содержащей воск, полиолефин или их комбинацию, в водную дисперсию.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что указанная вторая дисперсия содержит анионное поверхностно-активное вещество.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что стадия коагуляции включает введение химического коагулянта в водную дисперсию, содержащую латекс и воск, полиолефин или комбинацию воска и полиолефина.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что указанный химический коагулянт содержит неорганическую соль иона металла.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая дисперсия содержит по меньшей мере один воск.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая дисперсия содержит по меньшей мере один полиолефин.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что указанный латекс акрилового полимера содержит мономерные звенья, полученные из бутилакрилата, бутилметакрилата и метилметакрилата.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что указанная водная дисперсия содержит по меньшей мере один пластификатор, причем указанный по меньшей мере один пластификатор содержит эпоксидированное соевое масло, эпоксидированное льняное масло, эпоксидированные сложные эфиры, дибутилсебацинат, ацетилтрибутилцитрат, сложный эфир лимонной кислоты, полимерное сложноэфирное масло, высокомолекулярное сложноэфирное масло или комбинации указанных соединений.
