Claims (26)
1. Набор для имплантации чрескожной клапанной системы, содержащий
первый контейнер, содержащий клапанный элемент, имеющий множество створок клапана, содержащихся в водной среде; и
второй контейнер, содержащий крепежный элемент, содержащийся в сухой среде, причем крепежный элемент имеет объемный материал, который разбухает при контакте с водной средой для уплотнения крепежного элемента и стенки сосуда для ограничения околоклапанной регургитации.
2. Набор по п.1, в котором объемный материал является гидрогелем.
3. Набор по п.1 или 2, в котором объемный материал расположен на внешней поверхности крепежного элемента.
4. Набор по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором объемный материал разбухает на заданную величину в одном или более направлений от крепежного элемента.
5. Набор пол п.4, в котором направление является однонаправленным радиальным расширением.
6. Набор по п.4, в котором направление является двунаправленным радиальным расширением.
7. Набор по п.6, в котором двунаправленное радиальное расширения является неоднородным.
8. Набор по п.7, в котором неоднородное радиальное расширение в радиальном направлении наружу превышает расширение в радиальном направлении внутрь.
9. Набор по любому из пп.1-8, который дополнительно содержит устройство доставки, являющееся катетером.
10. Набор по любому из пп.1-8, который дополнительно содержит устройство доставки, содержащее множество вытяжных проволок, содержащих первые вытяжные проволоки и вторые вытяжные проволоки.
11. Набор по п.10, в котором вытяжные проволоки выполнены с возможностью использования для сборки компонентов системы в полную клапанную систему.
12. Набор для имплантации чрескожной клапанной системы, содержащий
первый контейнер, содержащий клапанный элемент, имеющий множество створок клапана, содержащихся в водной среде; и
второй контейнер, содержащий устройство доставки и крепежный элемент, содержащийся в сухой среде, причем крепежный элемент имеет объемный материал, который разбухает при контакте с водной средой для уплотнения крепежного элемента и стенки сосуда для ограничения околоклапанной регургитации.
13. Набор по п.12, в котором объемный материал является гидрогелем.
14. Набор по п.12 или 13, в котором объемный материал расположен на внешней поверхности крепежного элемента.
15. Набор по любому из пп.12-14, в котором объемный материал разбухает на заданную величину в одном или более направлений от крепежного элемента.
16. Набор пол п.15, в котором направление является однонаправленным радиальным расширением.
17. Набор по п.15, в котором направление является двунаправленным радиальным расширением.
18. Набор по п.17, в котором двунаправленное радиальное расширения является неоднородным.
19. Набор по п.18, в котором неоднородное радиальное расширение в радиальном направлении наружу превышает расширение в радиальном направлении внутрь.
20. Набор по любому из пп.12-19, в котором устройство доставки является катетером.
21. Набор по любому из пп.12-19, в котором устройство доставки содержит множество вытяжных проволок, содержащих первые вытяжные проволоки и вторые вытяжные проволоки.
22. Набор по п.21, в котором вытяжные проволоки выполнены с возможностью использования для сборки модулей устройства в комплектное клапанное устройство.
