Claims (1)

Способ органосохраняющего лечения уротелиального рака лоханки почки, включающий выполнение перкутанного удаление опухоли лоханки и проведения сеанса фотодинамической терапии, отличающийся тем, что до операции вводят фотосенсибилизатор - хлорин Е6 в дозе 1,0 мг/кг за 3 часа однократно в виде в/в капельной инфузии в течение 30 мин из расчета дозы препарата 1,0 мг/кг, далее выполняют фиброуретеропиелоскопию, производят оценку объема опухолевого поражения, формируют основной перкутанный доступ под нефроскоп 24 Ch, дополнительно устанавливают мининефроскоп 5,5 Ch, производят удаление опухолей с помощью монополярного резектоскопа и лазерной установки, проводят сеанс интраоперационной фотодинамической терапии, по рабочему ходу нефроскопа проводят оптическое волокно и выполняют облучение полости лоханки лазером со световым воздействием излучения с длиной волны 662±3 НМ в дозе 50-100 Дж/см2.A method of organ-preserving treatment of urothelial cancer of the renal pelvis, including performing percutaneous removal of the pelvis tumor and conducting a session of photodynamic therapy, characterized in that a photosensitizer, chlorin E6, is administered at a dose of 1.0 mg / kg for 3 hours once a day in the form of an intravenous drip infusion within 30 min, based on the dose of the drug, 1.0 mg / kg, then fibroureteropyeloscopy is performed, the tumor lesion volume is estimated, the main percutaneous access is formed under a 24 Ch nephroscope, additionally, min 5.5 Ch nephroscope, tumors are removed using a monopolar resectoscope and a laser unit, an intraoperative photodynamic therapy session is performed, an optical fiber is carried out along the nephroscope working path and a laser is irradiated with a light with a wavelength of 662 ± 3 nm at a dose of 50 at a dose of 50 -100 J / cm 2 .
