Claims (13)
1. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости, получаемой из целлюлозосодержащей биомассы, где способ включает в себя стадии:
(а) осахаривания продукта предварительной обработки, имеющего содержание лигнина не более 8,5%, полученного в результате предварительной обработки целлюлозосодержащей биомассы, с получением осахаренной жидкости;
(b) фильтрования осахаренной жидкости, полученной на стадии (а), с помощью микрофильтрационной мембраны с обеспечением образования фильтрационного осадка на поверхности мембраны со стороны подачи при одновременном получении сахаросодержащей жидкости со стороны отведения пермеата; и
(с) сбора фильтрационного осадка, образованного на поверхности мембраны на стадии (b), путем его отслаивания от мембраны.
2. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по п. 1, где упомянутый продукт предварительной обработки целлюлозосодержащей биомассы представляет собой химическую пульпу.
3. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по п. 1 или 2, где содержание лигнина в упомянутом продукте предварительной обработки целлюлозосодержащей биомассы составляет не более 6%.
4. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по любому из пп. 1-3, где способ фильтрации на стадии (b) представляет собой с перекрестно-поточную фильтрацию.
5. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по п. 4, где линейная скорость прохождения через поверхность мембраны при упомянутой перекрестно-поточной фильтрации имеет значение от 10 см/с. до 30 см/с.
6. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по любому из пп. 1-5, где способ сбора на стадии (с) представляет собой сбор фильтрационного осадка, образованного на поверхности мембраны путем промывки фильтра обратным потоком и/или путем промывки воздухом (продувки) фильтра.
7. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по п. 6, где для упомянутой промывки фильтра обратным потоком используют водный раствор с рН не менее 6.
8. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по любому из пп. 1-7, дополнительно включающий в себя стадию (d) осуществления разделения собранного продукта, полученного на стадии (с), на твердое вещество и жидкость и сбора жидкой фракции.
9. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по п. 8, где, на стадии (d), корректируют рН собранного продукта, полученного на стадии (с), с доведением до значения не менее 6, с последующим осуществлением разделения на твердое вещество и жидкость.
10. Способ получения сахаросодержащей жидкости по п. 8 или 9, где жидкую фракцию, полученную на Стадии (d), подвергают обработке на Стадии (а).
