Claims (65)
1. Композиция для укладки волос, содержащая:
(a) один или несколько латексных полимеров, выбранных из акриловых латексных полимеров, полиуретановых латексных полимеров и их смесей;
(b) дисперсию частиц по меньшей мере одного полимера из силиконового латекса; и,
(c) растворитель;
в котором массовое отношение по меньшей мере одного полимера силиконового латекса (b) к латексным полимерам (а) составляет от примерно 10:1 до примерно 1:10; а также
в котором композиция создает пленку, имеющую модуль Юнга в диапазоне примерно 1 ГПа, а штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа составляет менее примерно 70%.
2. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 1, в которой латексные полимеры (а) находятся в форме частиц, диспергированных в водной дисперсионной среде.
3. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 2, в которой латексные полимеры (а) присутствуют в количестве от примерно 0,1% до примерно 30% массы в расчете на общую массу композиции.
4. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 3, в которой по меньшей мере один силиконовый латексный полимер (b) присутствует в количестве от примерно 0,1% до примерно 30% массы в расчете на общую массу композиции.
5. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 4, в которой массовое соотношение по меньшей мере одного полимера силиконового латекса (b) к латексным полимерам (а) составляет от примерно 3:1 до примерно 1:3.
6. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 5, в которой массовое отношение по меньшей мере одного полимера силиконового латекса (b) к латексным полимерам (а) составляет примерно 1:1.
7. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 4, в которой дисперсия частиц по меньшей мере одного полимера силиконового латекса (b) выбирается из линейного силиконового силиконового сополимера, полиметилсилоксановой смолы и их смесей.
8. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 7, в которой линейный блок-силиконовый сополимер находится в форме частиц, диспергированных в водной дисперсионной среде.
9. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 8, в которой линейный блок-силиконовый сополимер представляет собой дивинилдиметикон / диметикон-сополимер.
10. Композиция для ухода за волосами по п. 9, в которой водная дисперсионная среда дополнительно содержит С12-С13 Pareth-3 and С12-С13 Pareth-23.
11. Композиция для ухода за волосами по п. 7, в которой полиметилсилоксановая смола находится в водной эмульсионной среде.
12. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 11, в которой полиметилсилоксановая смола присутствует в водной эмульсионной среде с содержанием твердого вещества около 43% массы в расчете на массу эмульсии.
13. Композиция для ухода за волосами по п. 7, в которой латексные полимеры (а) представляют собой полиуретановые латексные полимеры, выбранные из поликарбоната полиуретана, алифатического полиуретана, алифатического полиэфирного полиуретана, полиуретана-34, полиуретана-48 и их смесей.
14. Композиция для ухода за волосами по п. 7, в которой латексные полимеры (а) представляют собой акрилатные латексные полимеры, выбранные из акрилатного сополимера, полиакрилата-2, кроссполимера, акрилата / гидроксиэфира акрилатного сополимера, акрилатного / этилгексилакрилатного сополимера, сополимера стирола акрилата / акрилата / VA Сополимер, стирол / акриловый сополимер, сополимер стирола / акрилатов, стирол / акрилаты / сополимер метакрилата аммония и их смеси.
15. Композиция для ухода за волосами по п. 7, в которой латексные полимеры (а) выбраны из:
(i) полимер А, имеющий модуль Юнга в диапазоне от примерно 0,1 МПа до примерно 10 МПа и штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа, по меньшей мере, около 0,1%; а также
(ii) полимер В, имеющий модуль Юнга в диапазоне от примерно 10 МПа до примерно 5 ГПа и штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа менее примерно 5%.
16. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 15, в которой латексные полимеры (а) содержат акрилатный латексный полимер и полиуретановый латексный полимер; где, когда полимер А выбран из акрилатных латексных полимеров, полимер В выбран из полиуретановых полимеров; и когда полимер А выбран из полиуретановых полимеров, полимер В выбирают из акрилатных полимеров.
17. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 16, в которой по меньшей мере один из латексных полимеров (а) представляет собой пленкообразующий латексный полимер.
18. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 16, в которой латексные полимеры (а) присутствуют в объединенном количестве от примерно 0,25 до примерно 10% массы в расчете на общую массу композиции.
19. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 18, в которой массовое отношение полимера А к полимеру В находится в интервале от примерно 10:1 до примерно 1:10.
20. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 19, в которой массовое отношение полимера А к полимеру В находится в диапазоне от примерно 1:5 до примерно 5:1.
21. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 20, в которой массовое отношение полимера А к полимеру В составляет около 1:1.
22. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 1, в которой композиция дополнительно содержит растворитель (с), выбранный из воды, по меньшей мере одного органического растворителя и их смесей.
23. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 22, где растворитель (с) представляет собой отдельный компонент из водной дисперсионной среды по п. 2 или 8 или водную эмульсионную среду по п. 11.
24. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один дополнительный компонент, выбранный из дисперсий воска, масел, поверхностно-активных веществ, пленкообразующих полимеров, отличных от пленкообразующих латексных полимеров, модификаторов реологии, загустителей, эмульгаторов, структурирующих агентов, пропелленты, витамины, растительные экстракты, пропелленты, сияющие агенты, кондиционирующие агенты и их смеси.
25. Способ формирования или укладки волос, включающий: (i) нанесение композиции для укладки волос по п. 1 на волосы; И (ii) необязательно, используя средство для формирования или укладки волос.
26. Композиция для укладки волос, содержащая:
(a) один или несколько латексных полимеров, выбранных из полимеров акрилатного латекса, полиуретановых латексных полимеров и их смесей, где латексные полимеры присутствуют в количестве от примерно 0,25% до примерно 9% массы в расчете на общую массу композиции;
(b) дисперсию частиц по меньшей мере одного полимера силиконового латекса, выбранного из линейного силиконового сополимера, полиметилсилоксановой смолы и их смесей; И,
(c) растворитель;
все веса основаны на общем весе композиции;
где массовое отношение по меньшей мере одного полимера силиконового латекса (b) к латексным полимерам (а) составляет от примерно 3:1 до примерно 1:3;
в котором композиция создает пленку, имеющую модуль Юнга в диапазоне примерно 1 ГПа, а штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа составляет менее примерно 70%.
27. Композиция для укладки волос по п. 26, в которой латексные полимеры (а) выбраны из:
(i) полимер А, имеющий модуль Юнга в диапазоне от примерно 0,1 МПа до примерно 10 МПа и штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа, по меньшей мере, около 0,1%; а также
(ii) полимер В, имеющий модуль Юнга в диапазоне от примерно 10 МПа до примерно 5 ГПа и штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа менее примерно 5%;
где полимер А выбран из полиуретановых латексных полимеров, а полимер В выбран из акрилатных латексных полимеров.
28. Композиция для укладки волос, содержащая:
(а) по меньшей мере два латексных полимера, независимо выбранных из акрилатных латексных полимеров и полиуретановых латексных полимеров, и где латексные полимеры присутствуют в количестве от примерно 0,5% до примерно 5% массы;
(b) дисперсию частиц по меньшей мере одного силиконового латексного полимера, выбранного из линейного силиконового силиконового сополимера, полиметилсилоксановой смолы и их смесей, причем по меньшей мере один силиконовый латексный полимер присутствует в количестве от примерно 1% до примерно 5% массы;
и,
(c) растворитель;
все веса основаны на общем весе композиции;
где композиция создает пленку, имеющую модуль Юнга в диапазоне приблизительно 1 ГПа, а штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа составляет менее примерно 70%; а также
где латексные полимеры выбраны из:
(i) полимер А, имеющий модуль Юнга в диапазоне от примерно 0,1 МПа до примерно 10 МПа и штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа, по меньшей мере, около 0,1%; а также
(ii) полимер В, имеющий модуль Юнга в диапазоне от примерно 10 МПа до примерно 5 ГПа и штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа менее примерно 5%;
где по меньшей мере один из полимера А или полимера В представляет собой пленкообразующий латексный полимер;
где латексные полимеры присутствуют в композиции в весовом соотношении от примерно 5:1 до примерно 1:5; а также
где, когда полимер А выбран из акрилатных латексных полимеров, полимер В выбран из полиуретановых полимеров; и когда полимер А выбран из полиуретановых полимеров, полимер В выбирают из акрилатных полимеров.
29. Способ изготовления композиции для укладки волос, включающий:
A. Объединение:
(a) один или несколько латексных полимеров, выбранных из акрилатных латексных полимеров, полиуретановых латексных полимеров и их смесей;
(b) дисперсию частиц по меньшей мере одного полимера из силиконового латекса;
и,
(c) растворитель;
в котором массовое отношение по меньшей мере одного полимера силиконового латекса (b) к латексным полимерам (а) составляет от примерно 10:1 до примерно 1:10; а также
B. смешивание компонентов в (А) для формирования композиции для укладки волос; а также
в котором композиция создает пленку, имеющую модуль Юнга в диапазоне примерно 1 ГПа, а штамм под напряжением при 10 МПа составляет менее примерно 70%.
