Claims (11)

1. Протез коленного сустава с бедренным компонентом (1) и большим берцовым компонентом (2), каждый из которых имеет переднюю сторону, образующую сустав, и заднюю сторону (4), обращенную к кости, и полиэтиленовый (ПЭ) вкладыш (3), отличающийся тем, что бедренный компонент (1) и большой берцовый компонент (2) состоят из цельной керамики и оба компонента (1, 2) имеют встроенную пористую оссеоинтегрированную заднюю сторону (4), обращенную к кости.
2. Протез коленного сустава по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что бедренный компонент (1) и большой берцовый компонент (2), каждый, изготовлены из керамического спеченного формованного тела.
3. Протез коленного сустава по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что указанные спеченные формованные тела имеют на их задней стороне пористый слой (4).
4. Протез коленного сустава по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пористая задняя сторона (4) образуется путем нанесения керамического шликера и заполнителя (порофора) в не спеченном состоянии и выжиганием заполнителя при спекании.
5. Протез коленного сустава по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пористый слой (4) образуется путем вспенивания керамического шликера в не спеченном состоянии и последующего спекания.
6. Протез коленного сустава по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пористая задняя сторона (4) образуется путем соединения плотного формованного тела с пористым керамическим формованным телом в спеченном состоянии.
7. Протез коленного сустава по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что указанное пористое формованное тело образуется путем вспенивания керамического шликера и спекания или инфильтрации пористой подложки шликером и спеканием.
8. Протез коленного сустава по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что соединение проводится путем припоя или склеивания.
9. Протез коленного сустава по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что встроенная пористая оссеоинтегративная задняя сторона (4) образуется путем 2К-литья впрыском (плотная фаза и пористая или пороформирующая фаза) и спекания.
10. Протез коленного сустава по одному из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что пористая задняя сторона (4) путем дополнительного покрытия выполнена с возможностью получения дополнительной функциональности, такой как более высокая скорость интеграции или антибактериальное действие.
11. Протез коленного сустава по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что пористая задняя сторона (4) покрыта биостеклами, гидроксилапатитом, функционализированными белками или гидрогелями.
