Claims (15)
1. Сочетание липоевой кислоты и таурина, отличающееся тем, что массовое отношение липоевой кислоты к таурину составляет от 0,002 до 0,2.
2. Сочетание по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что массовое отношение липоевой кислоты к таурину составляет от 0,004 до примерно 0,05.
3. Сочетание по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что оно представляет собой комбинированный продукт, который включает липоевую кислоту и таурин, причем указанные два компонента комбинированного продукта могут быть включены в одну и ту же композицию или разделены на две композиции, используемые в сочетании, либо для немедленного приготовления сочетания перед применением, либо для одновременного применения.
4. Фармацевтическая или косметическая композиция, подходящая для местного нанесения, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит сочетание липоевой кислоты и таурина по одному из пп. 1 или 2 и фармацевтически или косметически приемлемый носитель.
5. Композиция по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что она подходит для нанесения на кожу, и выбрана из кремов, бальзамов, гелей, лосьонов, растворов, эмульсий и мазей.
6. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит от 0,0001 до 0,1 масс.% липоевой кислоты в расчете на общую массу композиции.
7. Композиция по одному из пп. 5 или 6, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит от 0,001 до 1,0 масс.% таурина в расчете на общую массу композиции.
8. Композиция по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что она подходит для нанесения на глаз.
9. Офтальмологическая композиция по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит от 0,0001 до 0,1 масс.% липоевой кислоты в расчете на общую массу композиции.
10. Офтальмологическая композиция по одному из пп. 8 или 9, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит от 0,01 до 1,0 масс.% таурина в расчете на общую массу композиции.
11. Сочетание липоевой кислоты и таурина по одному из пп. 1-3 или композиция по одному из пп. 4-7 для применения в профилактике и лечении заболевания кожи, при котором появляется сухость кожи.
12. Сочетание или композиция для применения по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что заболевание кожи выбрано из атопического дерматита, ихтиоза, экземы и псориаза.
13. Сочетание липоевой кислоты и таурина по одному из пп. 1-3 или композиция по одному из пп. 4 или 8-10 для применения в профилактике и лечении болезни глаза, связанной с сухим глазом.
14. Сочетание или композиция для применения по п. 13, отличающаяся тем, что сухой глаз является признаком дисфункции мейбомиевой железы, гиперэвапоративного синдрома или слезной недостаточности.
15. Сочетание липоевой кислоты и таурина по одному из пп. 1-3 или композиция по одному из пп. 8-10 для применения при отеке глаза, особенно при отеке роговицы.
