Claims (38)
1. Хирургический инструмент, содержащий:
ствол;
концевой эффектор, проходящий в дистальном направлении от ствола; и
корпус, проходящий в проксимальном направлении от ствола, причем корпус содержит:
двигатель, выполненный с возможностью генерации, по меньшей мере, одного перемещения для приведения в действие концевого эффектора;
основной источник электропитания, выполненный с возможностью подачи основного электропитания для приведения в действие хирургического инструмента, при этом основной источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью отсоединения от корпуса; и
вспомогательный источник электропитания, выполненный с возможностью подачи вспомогательного электропитания для приведения в действие хирургического инструмента, при отсоединении основного источника электропитания от корпуса.
2. Хирургический инструмент по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий контроллер, причем вспомогательный источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью подавать вспомогательное электропитание для приведения в действие контроллера, когда основной источник электропитания отсоединен от корпуса.
3. Хирургический инструмент по п. 1, в котором основной источник электропитания является перезаряжаемым.
4. Хирургический инструмент по п. 1, в котором вспомогательный источник электропитания является перезаряжаемым.
5. Хирургический инструмент по п. 4, в котором основной источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью подзаряжать вспомогательный источник электропитания.
6. Хирургический инструмент по п. 1, в котором основной источник электропитания представляет собой съемный аккумулятор.

концевой эффектор, проходящий в дистальном направлении от ствола, причем концевой эффектор содержит:
упор;
кассету, включающую в себя множество скобок; и
режущий элемент, выполненный с возможностью перемещения для разрезания ткани, захваченной между упором и кассетой; и
корпус, проходящий в проксимальном направлении от ствола, причем корпус содержит:
двигатель, выполненный с возможностью генерации, по меньшей мере, одного перемещения, для перемещения режущего элемента между проксимальным положением и дистальным положением;
основной источник электропитания, выполненный с возможностью подачи основного электропитания для приведения в действие двигателя, причем основной источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью отсоединения от корпуса; и
вспомогательный источник электропитания, выполненный с возможностью подачи вспомогательного электропитания для приведения в действие двигателя, при отсоединении основного источника электропитания от корпуса, при этом вспомогательный источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью подачи вспомогательного электропитания для приведения в действие двигателя с втягиванием режущего элемента в проксимальное положение.
10. Хирургический инструмент по п. 9, дополнительно содержащий контроллер, причем вспомогательный источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью подавать вспомогательное электропитание для приведения в действие контроллера, когда основной источник электропитания отсоединен от корпуса.
11. Хирургический инструмент по п. 9, в котором основной источник электропитания является перезаряжаемым.
12. Хирургический инструмент по п. 9, в котором вспомогательный источник электропитания является перезаряжаемым.
13. Хирургический инструмент по п. 12, в котором основной источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью подзаряжать вспомогательный источник электропитания.
14. Хирургический инструмент по п. 9, в котором основной источник электропитания представляет собой съемный аккумулятор.
15. Хирургический инструмент по п. 14, в котором вспомогательный источник электропитания представляет собой резервный аккумулятор.
16. Хирургический инструмент по п. 15, в котором резервный аккумулятор является перезаряжаемым, причем съемный аккумулятор выполнен с возможностью подзаряжать резервный аккумулятор.
17. Система электропитания для подачи электропитания на хирургический инструмент, включающий в себя концевой эффектор и двигатель, выполненный с возможностью генерации, по меньшей мере, одного перемещения для приведения в действие концевого эффектора, причем система электропитания содержит:
основной источник электропитания, выполненный с возможностью подачи основного электропитания для приведения в действие хирургического инструмента, при этом основной источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью отсоединения от хирургического инструмента;
вспомогательный источник электропитания, выполненный с возможностью подачи вспомогательного электропитания для приведения в действие хирургического инструмента, при отсоединении основного источника электропитания от хирургического инструмента, при этом вспомогательный источник электропитания является перезаряжаемым, и при этом основной источник электропитания выполнен с возможностью зарядки вспомогательного источника электропитания; и
схему управления электропитанием, выполненную с возможностью избирательной подачи основного электропитания от основного источника электропитания и вспомогательного электропитания от вспомогательного источника электропитания для приведения в действие хирургического инструмента.
18. Система электропитания по п. 17, в которой основной источник электропитания представляет собой съемный аккумулятор.
19. Система электропитания по п. 18, в которой вспомогательный источник электропитания представляет собой резервный аккумулятор.
20. Система электропитания по п. 19, в которой резервный аккумулятор является перезаряжаемым, причем съемный аккумулятор выполнен с возможностью подзаряжать резервный аккумулятор.
