Claims (7)
1. Жидкий пищевой продукт, содержащий реакционноспособную аминокислоту в количестве от около 1,0 г до около 10 г на от около 100 мл до около 500 мл жидкости, имеющий pH от около 3 до около 5 и обладающий хорошей стабильностью реакционноспособной аминокислоты после нагревания этого продукта при температуре от около 70°C до около 90°C в течение промежутка времени от около 45 минут до около 75 минут.
2. Жидкий пищевой продукт по п. 1, в котором этот жидкий пищевой продукт является готовым к употреблению напитком.
3. Жидкий пищевой продукт по п. 1, в котором реакционноспособную аминокислоту выбирают из группы, состоящей из аланина, аргинина, аспарагина, аспарагиновой кислоты (аспартата), цитруллина, цистеина, глутаминовой кислоты (глутамата), глутамина, глицина, гистидина, гидроксипролина, гидроксисерина, гидрокситирозина, гидроксилизина, изолейцина, лейцина, лизина, метионина, фенилаланина, пролина, серина, таурина, треонина, триптофана, тирозина, валина и их сочетаний.
4. Жидкий пищевой продукт по п. 1, в котором реакционноспособная аминокислота является карнозином.
5. Жидкий пищевой продукт по п. 1, в котором реакционноспособная аминокислота является бета-аланином.
6. Способ повышения стабильности реакционноспособной аминокислоты в жидком пищевом продукте, включающий растворение от около 1,0 г до около 10 г реакционноспособной аминокислоты в от около 100 мл до около 500 мл жидкости с образованием жидкого пищевого продукта, обладающего повышенной стабильностью реакционноспособной аминокислоты; нагревание указанного жидкого пищевого продукта при температуре от около 70°C до около 90°C в течение промежутка времени от около 45 минут до около 75 минут; причем pH указанного жидкого пищевого продукта составляет от около 3 до около 5.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором твердый пищевой продукт выбирают из группы, состоящей из того, что заявлено в пп. 2-5.
