Claims (16)
1. Технологическая линия многоцелевой непрерывной переработки, выполненная с возможностью обеспечения термической обработки и нанесения покрытия на стальную полосу погружением в расплав, при этом технологическая линия включает:
секцию отжига для нагрева стальной полосы до предварительно определенной температуры отжига и для выдержки стальной полосы при упомянутой температуре отжига,
первую секцию перемещения,
секцию перестаривания, обеспечивающую выдержку стальной полосы при температуре в диапазоне от 300°C до 700°C,
вторую секцию перемещения, выполненную с возможностью корректировки температуры стальной полосы для обеспечения нанесения покрытия на стальную полосу погружением в расплав, и
секцию нанесения покрытия посредством погружения в расплав,
при этом первая секция перемещения включает в себя расположенные последовательно средства охлаждения и нагрева, причем вторая секция перемещения включает в себя расположенные последовательно управляемые средства охлаждения и нагрева для корректировки температуры стальной полосы посредством ее охлаждения или нагрева.
2. Технологическая линия по п. 1, в которой средства охлаждения первой секции перемещения являются управляемыми таким образом, что их охлаждающая способность может корректироваться в диапазоне от отсутствия охлаждения до быстрого охлаждения до предварительно определенной температуры закаливания, а средства нагрева первой секции перемещения являются управляемыми таким образом, что их нагревающая способность может корректироваться в диапазоне от отсутствия нагрева до быстрого нагрева до предварительно определенной температуры перестаривания.
3. Технологическая линия по п. 2, в которой средства охлаждения первой секции перемещения являются такими, что скорость охлаждения может корректироваться в диапазоне от 0°C/с до 70°C/с, а температура закаливания может быть выбрана в диапазоне от 100°C до 500°C.
4. Технологическая линия по п. 2 или 3, в которой средства нагрева первой секции перемещения включают по меньшей мере один управляемый индукционный нагреватель.
5. Технологическая линия по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой управляемые средства охлаждения способны обеспечивать охлаждение листа, имеющего толщину, доходящую до 2 мм, от температуры в диапазоне от 550°C до 700°C до температуры нанесения покрытия в результате погружения в расплав при скорости охлаждения, которая составляет по меньшей мере 50°C/с.
6. Технологическая линия по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой секция перестаривания включает управляемые средства, обеспечивающие поддержание температуры стальной полосы в области температуры перестаривания или медленное уменьшение температуры стальной полосы в диапазоне от температуры на входе до температуры на выходе.
7. Технологическая линия по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой секция отжига включает управляемые средства, такие, чтобы предварительно определенная температура отжига могла бы быть выбрана в диапазоне от 700°C до 1000°C.
8. Технологическая линия по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой секция нанесения покрытия в результате погружения в расплав включает по меньшей мере одну ванну с жидким металлом.
9. Технологическая линия по п. 8, в которой секция нанесения покрытия в результате погружения в расплав также включает средства легирования для нанесения покрытия.
10. Технологическая линия по п. 8, в которой секция нанесения покрытия в результате погружения в расплав является секцией цинкования или секцией отжига с цинкованием.
