Claims (9)

1. Микроорганизм рода Escherichia, продуцирующий О-ацетилгомосерин, где активность белка, содержащего аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 1, повышена по сравнению с немодифицированным микроорганизмом.
2. Микроорганизм рода Escherichia по п. 1, представляющий собой Escherichia coli.
3. Микроорганизм рода Escherichia по п. 1, где активность цистатионинсинтазы дополнительно понижена или инактивирована.
4. Микроорганизм рода Escherichia по п. 1, где активность гомосеринкиназы дополнительно понижена или инактивирована.
5. Микроорганизм рода Escherichia по п. 1, где активность гомосеринацетилтрансферазы дополнительно повышена по сравнению с немодифицированным микроорганизмом.
6. Микроорганизм рода Escherichia по п. 1, где активность по меньшей мере одного фермента, выбранного из группы, состоящей из фосфоенолпируваткарбоксилазы, аспартатаминотрансферазы и аспартат-полуальдегид-дегидрогеназы, дополнительно повышена.
7. Микроорганизм рода Escherichia по п. 1, где активность аспартаткиназы повышена по сравнению с немодифицированным микроорганизмом.
8. Способ получения О-сукцинилгомосерина, включающий культивирование микроорганизма рода Escherichia, продуцирующего О-ацетилгомосерин, по любому из пп. 1-7 для получения культуральной среды.
9. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно включающий выделение О-ацетилгомосерина из культивированного микроорганизма или культуральной среды.
