Claims (37)

1. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна, характеризующийся базовым весом от приблизительно 40 грамм на квадратный метр (г/м2) до приблизительно 150 г/м2, при этом указанный кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна содержит смесь абсорбирующих волокон, упрочняющих волокон и заполняющих волокон, при этом указанный кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна выполнен нетермоупрочненным, характеризуется воздухопроницаемостью от приблизительно 100 до приблизительно 500 м32/мин и модой радиуса объема поры от приблизительно 60 до приблизительно 120 мкм.
2. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что имеет толщину от приблизительно 0,08 до приблизительно 0,20 мм при базовом весе 10 г/м2.
3. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что имеет толщину от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 3 мм.
4. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что имеет базовый вес от приблизительно 45 до приблизительно 85 г/м2.

7. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, в котором упрочняющие волокна содержат полые спиральные волокна, сформованные из полиэтилентерефталата (PET), при этом упрочняющие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью от приблизительно 6 до приблизительно 15 дтекс.
8. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, в котором абсорбирующие волокна содержат трехдольчатые волокна, сформованные из вискозы, при этом абсорбирующие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 6 дтекс.
9. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, в котором заполняющие волокна содержат сплошные круглые волокна, сформованные из полипропилена (РР), при этом заполняющие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью приблизительно 3 дтекс или более.
10. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, в котором упрочняющие волокна сформированы от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 50% по весу кардного нетканого материала из штапельного волокна.
11. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, в котором абсорбирующие волокна составляют от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 50% по весу кардного нетканого материала из штапельного волокна.
12. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, в котором заполняющие волокна составляют от приблизительно 60% или менее по весу кардного нетканого материала из штапельного волокна.
13. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна, содержащий:
a) упрочняющие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 50% по весу, содержащие полые спиральные волокна, сформованные из полиэтилентерефталата (PET), при этом упрочняющие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью от приблизительно 6 до приблизительно 15 дтекс;
b) абсорбирующие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 50% по весу, содержащие трехдольчатые волокна, сформованные из вискозы, при этом абсорбирующие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 6 дтекс; и
с) заполняющие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 1% до приблизительно 60% по весу, содержащие сплошные круглые волокна, сформованные из полипропилена (РР), при этом заполняющие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью приблизительно 3 дтекс или более;
при этом кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна характеризуется базовым весом от приблизительно 40 до приблизительно 150 г/м2, выполнен нетермоупрочненным, характеризуется воздухопроницаемостью от приблизительно 100 до приблизительно 500 м32/мин и модой радиуса поры от приблизительно 60 до приблизительно 120 мкм.
14. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 13, содержащий:
упрочняющие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 20% до приблизительно 30% по весу;
абсорбирующие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 30% до приблизительно 40% по весу; и
заполняющие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 1% до приблизительно 50% по весу.
15. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 14, содержащий:
упрочняющие волокна в количестве приблизительно 25% по весу;
абсорбирующие волокна в количестве приблизительно 35% по весу; и
заполняющие волокна в количестве приблизительно 40% по весу.
16. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 13, характеризующийся тем, что имеет толщину от приблизительно 0,9 до приблизительно 1,2 мм, базовый вес от приблизительно 45 до приблизительно 85 г/м2 и плотность от приблизительно 0,065 до приблизительно 0,094 г/см3.
17. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее:
верхний лист;
абсорбирующую сердцевину; и
вспомогательный верхний лист, расположенный между верхним листом и абсорбирующей сердцевиной, причем вспомогательный верхний лист содержит кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 13.
18. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 17, в котором к верхнему листу прикреплен вспомогательный верхний лист.
19. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что полотно из кардного нетканого материала из штапельного волокна обладает объемным коэффициентом поры более приблизительно 500.
20. Кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна, содержащий:
a) упрочняющие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 15% до приблизительно 35% по весу, содержащие полые спиральные волокна, сформованные из полиэтилентерефталата (PET), при этом упрочняющие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью от приблизительно 6 до приблизительно 15 дтекс;
b) абсорбирующие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 50% по весу, содержащие трехдольчатые волокна, сформованные из вискозы, при этом абсорбирующие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 6 дтекс; и
c) заполняющие волокна в количестве от приблизительно 1% до приблизительно 60% по весу, содержащие сплошные круглые волокна, сформованные из полипропилена (РР), при этом заполняющие волокна характеризуются линейной плотностью приблизительно 3 дтекс или более;
при этом кардный нетканый материал из штапельного волокна характеризуется базовым весом от приблизительно 40 до приблизительно 150 г/м2, выполнен нетермоупрочненным, характеризуется воздухопроницаемостью от приблизительно 100 до приблизительно 500 м32/мин и модой радиуса объема поры от приблизительно 60 до приблизительно 120 мкм.
