Claims (21)
1. Стабилизатор (S), состоящий из 10-70% по массе, предпочтительно 30-60% по массе, более предпочтительно 40-55% по массе, в пересчете на сумму всех компонентов, по меньшей мере одного полиола Р2, и по меньшей мере одного полиола CSP, который содержит продукт реакции по меньшей мере одного макромера М, стирола и акрилонитрила в Р2, при необходимости с инициатором и/или агентом переноса цепи, причем содержание макромера М стабилизатора (S) находится между 35 и 54% масс., в пересчете на сумму всех компонентов, и причем полиол CSP предпочтительно является полиолом гребенчатой структуры, причем общее содержание стирола стабилизатора (S) находится между 4 и 15% масс. и/или общее содержание акрилонитрила стабилизатора (S) находится между 2 и 7% масс., и причем макромер М получен посредством взаимодействия 1,1-диметилметаизопропенилбензилизоцианата (TMI) с простым полиэфирполиолом РМ, при необходимости в присутствии катализатора на основе кислоты Льюиса.
2. Стабилизатор (S) по п. 1, состоящий из одного или двух полиолов Р2 и одного или двух полиолов CSP, которые содержат продукт реакции по меньшей мере одного макромера М, стирола и акрилонитрила в Р2, при необходимости с инициатором, выбранным из группы, состоящей из азо-инициаторов и пероксидных инициаторов, и/или агента переноса цепи, выбранного из группы, состоящей из додекантиола, изопропанола и 2-бутанола.
3. Стабилизатор (S) по п. 1, состоящий из одного или двух полиолов Р2 и одного или двух полиолов CSP, которые состоят из продукта реакции макромера М, стирола и акрилонитрила в Р2.
4. Стабилизатор (S) по п. 1, причем макромер М имеет среднюю молекулярную массу Mn от 1000 до 50000 г/моль, предпочтительно от 2000 до 30000 г/моль, более предпочтительно от 3000 до 20000 г/моль.
5. Стабилизатор (S) по п. 1, причем макромер М имеет в среднем от 0,2 до 1,2 полимеризуемых этиленненасыщенных групп на молекулу, и/или от 2 до 8 гидроксильных групп на молекулу.
6. Стабилизатор (S) по п. 1, причем простой полиэфирполиол РМ, использованный в получении макромера М, выбран из группы, состоящей из три- и шестифункциональных простых полиэфирполиолов, предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из глицерина, сорбитола и 1,1,1-триметилолпропана (ТМР).
7. Стабилизатор (S) по п. 1, причем соотношение стирола и акрилонитрила составляет больше 1:1, предпочтительно больше 1:1,5, наиболее предпочтительно больше 1:2.
8. Стабилизатор (S) по п. 1, причем вязкость указанного стабилизатора находится между 1000 и 100000 мПа⋅с, предпочтительно от 5000 до 80000 мПа⋅с, при 25°С, при определении согласно стандарту DIN EN ISO 3219 и при скорости сдвига 100 1/с.
9. Стабилизатор (S) по п. 1, причем общее содержание полиола Р2 стабилизатора (S) находится между 20-70% масс., предпочтительно от 32 до 55% масс.
10. Стабилизатор (S) по любому из пп. 1-9, причем никакой дополнительный растворитель не использован.
11. Способ получения стабилизатора (S) по любому из пп. 1-10 с помощью свободно-радикальной полимеризации стирола, акрилонитрила и по меньшей мере одного макромера М в присутствии по меньшей мере одного полиола Р2, причем макромер М получен посредством взаимодействия 1,1-диметилметаизопропенил-бензилизоцианата (TMI) с простым полиэфирполиолом РМ, при необходимости в присутствии катализатора на основе кислоты Льюиса.
12. Способ получения стабилизатора (S) по п. 11, причем дополнительно используют по меньшей мере один агент переноса цепи, предпочтительно выбиранный из группы, состоящей из тиолов и низкомолекулярных спиртов с Mw меньше 200 г/моль.
13. Способ получения стабилизатора (S) по п. 12, причем по меньшей мере один, предпочтительно все агенты переноса цепи выбирают из группы, состоящей из додекантиола, изопропанола и 2-бутанола.
14. Способ получения стабилизатора (S) по п. 12, причем в сумме используют меньше чем 5% по массе, предпочтительно меньше чем 2% по массе, агентов переноса цепи, относительно массы всей реакционной смеси.
15. Способ получения стабилизатора (S) по п. 11, причем температура реакции находится между 80° и 150°С, предпочтительно между 90° и 130°С, и/или реакция занимает от 10 мин до 300 мин, предпочтительно от 50 мин до 200 мин.
16. Способ получения стабилизатора (S) по любому из пп. 11-15, причем дополнительно используют по меньшей мере один инициатор, предпочтительно выбранный из группы, состоящей из азо-инициаторов или пероксидов, особенно предпочтительно азоизобу-тиронитрил (АИБН) и/или диметил-2,2'-азобис(2-метилпропионат).
17. Способ получения стабилизатора (S) по п. 16, причем в сумме используют меньше чем 1% по массе инициатора, относительно массы всей реакционной смеси.
18. Применение стабилизатора (S) по любому из пп. 1-10 и/или полученного способом по любому из п.п. 12-18, для стабилизирования дисперсий полимерного полиола, полученных путем эмульгирования в расплаве.
19. Способ получения дисперсии полимерного полиола путем эмульгирования в расплаве, причем используют стабилизатор (S) по любому из пп. 1-10 и/или полученный способом по любому из п.п. 12-18.
20. Способ получения дисперсии полимерного полиола путем эмульгирования в расплаве по п. 19, причем полученная дисперсия полимерного полиола имеет содержание твердого вещества от 10% до 50%, предпочтительно от 30% до 46%, и/или вязкость от 1000 до 20000 мПа⋅с, предпочтительно от 3000 до 15000 мПа⋅с, более предпочтительно от 5000 до 12000 мПа⋅с при 25°С, и/или средний размер частиц D50 < 50 мкм.
21. Применение полимерного полиола, получаемого способом по любому из п.п. 19-20, для получения полиуретанов.
