Claims (34)
1. Простой эфирамин формулы (I) или формулы (II),
или смесь простых эфираминов формулы (I) и формулы (II), где
R1 представляет собой линейную или разветвленную алкильную группу с 2-16 атомами углерода,
R2 представляет собой водород или алкильную группу с 1-16 атомами углерода,
х≥1 и y≥1, и сумма x+y составляет от 2 до 10, и
А1, А2, А3 и A4 независимо выбираются из группы, состоящей из линейных и/или разветвленных алкиленов, имеющих 2-18 атомов углерода,
где Z1-Z4 независимо выбираются из ОН, NH2, NHR' или NR'Rʺ, где по меньшей мере один из Z1-Z2 и по меньшей мере один из Z3-Z4 представляет собой NH2, NHR' или NR'Rʺ, где R' и Rʺ независимо выбираются из алкиленов, имеющих 2-6 атомов углерода.
2. Простой эфирамин по п. 1, где А1, А2, A3 и А4 независимо выбираются из 1,2-пропилена и 1,2-бутилена.
3. Простой эфирамин по п. 1, где A1, А2, A3 и А4 независимо выбираются из 1,2-пропилена и 1,2-бутилена, и по меньшей мере один из A1, А2, A3 или А4 представляет собой 1,2-пропилен.
4. Простой эфирамин по п. 1, где А1, А2, A3 и А4 представляют собой 1,2-пропилен.
5. Простой эфирамин по п. 1, где x+y находится в интервале от 3 до 6.
6. Простой эфирамин по п. 1, где R1 представляет собой линейную или разветвленную алкильную группу с 3-16 атомами углерода, и R2 представляет собой водород или алкильную группу с 1-16 атомами углерода.
7. Простой эфирамин по п. 1, где R1 представляет собой линейную алкильную группу с 3-8 атомами углерода, и R2 представляет собой водород.
8. Простой эфирамин по п. 1, где Z1-Z4 представляют собой NH2.
9. Простой эфирамин по п. 1, где простой эфирамин формулы (I) или формулы (II) имеет средневесову. молекулярную массу от около 270 до около 1000 г/моль.
10. Простой эфирамин по любому из пп. 1-9, где простой эфирамин формулы (I) или формулы (II) реагирует с кислотой.
11. Способ получения простого эфирамина формулы (I) или формулы (II), включающий следующие стадии:
a) алкоксилирование 1,2-диспирта формулы (III) С2-С18 алкиленоксидами, где мольное отношение 1,2-диспирта формулы (III) к С2-С18 алкиленоксидам находится в интервале от 1:2 до 1:10,
где R1 представляет собой линейную или разветвленную алкильную группу с 3-16 атомами углерода, и R2 представляет собой водород или алкильную группу с 1-16 атомами углерода,
b) аминирование алкоксилированного 1,2-диспирта аммиаком.
12. Способ по п. 11, где мольное отношение 1,2-диспирта к С2-С18 алкиленоксидам находится в интервале от 1:3 до 1:8.
13. Способ по п. 11, где мольное отношение 1,2-диспирта к С2-С18 алкиленоксидам находится в интервале от 1:4 до 1:6.
14. Способ по п. 11, где С2-С18 алкиленоксиды выбираются из группы, состоящей из пропиленоксида, бутиленоксида или их смеси.
15. Способ по п. 11, где С2-C18 алкиленоксид представляет собой пропиленоксид.
16. Способ по п. 11, где 1,2-диспирт формулы (III) выбирается из группы, состоящей из 1,2-пентандиола, 1,2-гександиола, 1,2-гептандиола, 1,2-октандиола, 1,2-нонандиола, 1,2-декандиола и 1,2-додекандиола, 1,2-тетрадекандиола, 1,2 гексадекандиола и 1,2 октадекандиола.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 11-16, где аминирование осуществляется в присутствии медь-, никель- или кобальт-содержащего катализатора.
18. Способ по п. 17, где каталитически активное вещество катализаторов, перед его восстановлением водородом, содержит кислородные соединения алюминия, меди, никеля и кобальта, и в интервале от 0.2 до 5.0 мас. % кислородных соединений олова, вычисленных как SnO.
19. Применение простого эфирамина по любому из пп. 1-10 в личной гигиене.
20. Применение простого эфирамина по любому из пп. 1-10 в шампунях и составах для мытья тела.
21. Применение смеси простых эфираминов по любому из пп. 1-10 в качестве вулканизирующего средства для эпоксидных смол или в качестве восстановителя в получении полимеров.
22. Применение смеси простых эфираминов по любому из пп. 1-9 в полиуретанах, полимочевинах и в качестве термопластичных полиамидных клеев.
