Claims (42)

1. Композиция, включающая:
a. от 10 до 60% (масс.) полифункциональной эпоксидной смолы,
b. от 3 до 20% (масс.) феноксисмолы,
c. от 5 до 50% (масс.) модификатора или добавки, придающей ударную вязкость, предпочтительно каучуковой добавки, придающей ударную вязкость, или модификатора,
d. от 3 до 20% (масс.) антипирена,
e. от 1 до 15% (масс.) системы отвердителя, при этом необязательно упомянутая система свободна от циандиамидного отвердителя.
2. Композиция по п. 1, которая свободна от растворителя.
3. Композиция по п. 1 или п. 2, которая является жидкой при температуре окружающей среды.
4. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полифункциональная эпоксидная смола включает смолу, характеризующуюся функциональностью 4.
5. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полифункциональная эпоксидная смола характеризуется значением ЭЭМ в диапазоне от 100 до 1500, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 100 до 250.
6. Композиция по п. 1, содержащая от 1% до 15% (масс.) системы отвердителя.
7. Композиция по п. 1, где система отвердителя содержит гидразид, предпочтительно включающий адипиновый дигидразид.
8. Композиция по п. 1, содержащая ускоритель для системы отвердителя.
9. Композиция по п. 8, в которой ускоритель представляет собой ускоритель на основе мочевины.
10. Композиция по п. 1, в которой аддукт каучук-эпоксид включает аддукт эпоксид/эластомер.
11. Композиция по п. 10, в которой аддукт эпоксид/эластомер включает от 1:5 до 5:1 частей эпоксида по отношению к частям эластомера.
12. Композиция по п. 1, в которой антипирен свободен от галогена.
13. Композиция по п. 12, в которой антипирен представляет собой антиперен на основе фосфора.
14. Композиция по п. 1, где минимальная вязкость композиции, согласно изобретению, может находиться в диапазоне от 5 до 150 Па⋅сек, предпочтительно от 30 до 100 Па⋅сек, а более предпочтительно от 40 до 50 Па⋅сек, при температуре в диапазоне от 90 до 130°С, более предпочтительно от 100 до 125°С и даже более предпочтительно от 110 до 120°С, и/или имеют место комбинации из вышеупомянутых диапазонов (как для вязкости, так и для температуры).
15. Композиция по п. 1, где композиция характеризуется коэффициентом вязкости, определяемым в виде Δ<η>/ΔТ, где Δ<η> представляет собой среднюю разницу вязкости на протяжении интервала температур ΔТ, в диапазоне от -1 до -25 Па⋅сек/°С, предпочтительно от -10 до -16 Па⋅сек/°С, а более предпочтительно от -12 до -14 Па⋅сек/°С, в диапазоне температур от 60 до 90°С.
16. Композиция по п. 1, где композиция характеризуется коэффициентом вязкости Δ<η>/ΔТ в диапазоне от -0,01 до -3 Па⋅сек/°С, предпочтительно от -0,1 до -2 Па⋅сек/°С, более предпочтительно от -1 до -1,5 Па⋅сек/°С, в диапазоне температур от 90°С до Tmin, где Tmin представляет собой температуру, для которой вязкость смолы соответствует своему минимуму.
17. Применение эпоксидной смолы по любому из предшествующих пунктов в качестве матрицы в препреге.
18. Препрег, включающий волокно, выбранное из стеклянного волокна, углеродного волокна и/или арамидного волокна, и композицию по любому из пп. 1-16.
19. Препрег по п. 18, в котором волокнами являются стеклянные и/или углеродные волокна.
20. Препрег по п. 18 или 19, в котором уровень массового содержания композиции смолы находится в диапазоне от 35 до 70%.
21. Слоистая конструкция, включающая один или несколько слоев отвержденного препрега по любому из пп. 18-20 совместно со слоями других материалов.
22. Применение слоистой конструкции по п. 21 в качестве матрицы в препреге, использующемся в качестве компонента в летательных средствах.
23. Применение по п. 22, при котором композиция свободна от растворителя.
24. Применение по п. 22 или 23, при котором компонент представляет собой деталь фюзеляжа.
25. Компонент летательных средств, содержащий отвержденный препрег, в котором матрица препрега содержит:
a. полифункциональную эпоксидную смолу,
b. феноксисмолу,
c. каучуковую добавку, придающую ударную вязкость, или модификатор,
d. антипирена и
e. систему отвердителя.
26. Компонент летательных средств по п. 25, в котором эпоксидная смола характеризуется функциональностью 3 или 4.
27. Компонент летательных средств по п. 25 или 26, в котором эпоксидная смола характеризуется значением ЭЭМ (эпоксидной эквивалентной массы) в диапазоне от 100 до 1500, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 100 до 250.
28. Компонент летательных средств по п. 25, в котором аддукт каучук-эпоксид включает аддукт эпоксид/эластомер.
29. Компонент летательных средств по п. 25, в котором антипирен свободен от галогена.
30. Компонент летательных средств по п. 29, в котором антипирен представляет собой антипирен на основе фосфора.
31. Компонент летательных средств по п. 25, в котором препрег включает стеклянное и/или углеродное волокно.
32. Компонент летательных средств по п. 31, включающий от 20 до 50% волокна.
