Claims (15)
1. Узел толкателя для устройства для доставки стента, при этом узел толкателя содержит:
дистальную часть удлиненного внутреннего элемента; и элемент зацепления стента, имеющий проксимальную часть и дистальную часть, причем проксимальная часть элемента зацепления стента находится, по меньшей мере, частично внутри дистальной части удлиненного внутреннего элемента, элемент зацепления стента содержит участок, который продолжается радиально наружу к дистальной части элемента зацепления стента, причем элемент зацепления стента сформирован с возможностью перемещения стента, при дистально направленном продвижении, и сформирован с возможностью оставления стента неподвижным, при проксимально направленном отведении, причем элемент зацепления стента содержит шток и защелку, механически соединенную со штоком посредством множества точечных сварных соединений.
2. Узел толкателя по п. 1, в котором дистальная часть элемента зацепления стента содержит разрез.
3. Узел толкателя по п. 2, в котором разрез выполнен в виде множества спиральных щелей.
4. Узел толкателя по п. 2, дополнительно содержащий атравматический наконечник, механически соединенный с элементом зацепления стента посредством трубки по меньшей мере частично заполняющей разрез в дистальной части элемента зацепления стента.
5. Узел толкателя по п. 1, в котором проксимальная часть элемента зацепления стента содержит вырез.
6. Узел толкателя по п. 5, в котором вырез выполнен в виде множества отверстий.
7. Узел толкателя по п. 5, в котором шток содержит вырез.
8. Узел толкателя по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором элемент зацепления стента имеет первый внутренний диаметр, при этом удлиненный внутренний элемент имеет второй внутренний диаметр, проксимальный к проксимальной части элемента зацепления стента, и причем первый внутренний диаметр, по существу, равен второму внутреннему диаметру.
9. Узел толкателя по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором удлиненный внутренний конец по меньшей мере частично образует просвет для проволочного направителя, причем элемент зацепления стента по меньшей мере частично образует просвет для проволочного направителя.
10. Узел толкателя по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором участок имеет форму ковша, имеющего изогнутый дистальный конец.
11. Узел толкателя по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором участок имеет форму ковша, имеющего плоский дистальный конец.
12. Узел толкателя по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором участок имеет форму ковша, имеющего раздвинутый дистальный конец.
13. Узел толкателя по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором элемент зацепления стента содержит никель-титановый сплав.
14. Узел толкателя по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором участок сформирован с возможностью зацепления пересечения между нитями плетеного стента.
