Claims (7)
1. Керамический материал, включающий в себя оксиды металлов, которые получают в результате прокаливания гидроталькитов, отличающийся тем, что этот материал служит для изготовления прозрачных керамик, имеющих величину RIT > 40% при длине волны света 300 нм, 600 нм или 1500 нм.
2. Керамический материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что этот материал служит для изготовления прозрачных керамик, которые при длине волны света между 300 нм и 700 нм имеют расхождение с величиной RIT < 10%.
3. Керамический материал по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что оксиды металлов содержат в диапазоне между 100 и 500 частей на млн, предпочтительно между 100 и 200 частей на млн загрязняющих примесей, в частности, Fe, Mn, Cr, V, Zn, Sn, Ti, Si, Zr, Ca, Na, K, Li, Y, Ni, Co и/или Cu.
4. Материал по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что загрязняющие примеси присутствуют в оксидах металлов в мелкодисперсном виде на атомарном уровне.
5. Керамический материал по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что оксиды металлов имеют кубическую кристаллическую систему.
6. Керамический материал по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что оксиды металлов с кубической кристаллической системой включают в себя шпинели, в частности, Mg-Al-шпинели, ZrO2, оксиды смесей из Y, а также Al, смешанные материалы из Al, N, O, а также оксид алюминия с кубической и не кубической кристаллической структурой.
7. Применение керамического материала по одному из пп. 1-6 для изготовления прозрачных керамик.
