Abstract
1. Уретан(мет)акрилат (А), образованный в основном из(a) по меньшей мере одного (цикло)алифатического ди- и/или полиизоцианата,(b1) по меньшей мере одного (цикло)алифатического диола с молекулярной массой меньше чем 700 г/моль,(b2) по меньшей мере одного сложного полиэфирдиола со среднемассовой молекулярной массой Mw от 700 до 2000 и предпочтительно кислотным числом согласно стандарту DIN 53240 не более чем 20 мг КОН/г,(c) по меньшей мере одного соединения (с), имеющего по меньшей мере одну группу, реакционноспособную по отношению к изоцианату, и по меньшей мере одну ненасыщенную группу, способную к радикальной полимеризации,(d) по меньшей мере одного соединения, которое имеет по меньшей мере одну группу, реакционноспособную по отношению к изоцианату, и по меньшей мере одну кислотную группу,(e) по меньшей мере одного основания для по крайней мере частичной нейтрализации кислотных групп компонента (d), которое отличается от компонентов (h1) и (h2),(f) необязательно по меньшей мере одного моноспирта, который имеет ровно одну гидроксильную функциональную группу,(g) необязательно по меньшей мере одного монофункционального простого полиалкиленоксидполиэфироспирта,(h1) по меньшей мере одного амина, замещенного одним или двумя углеводородными остатками, в котором эти углеводородные остатки вместе содержат по меньшей мере 12 атомов углерода, а также(h2) необязательно по меньшей мере одного соединения, содержащего по меньшей мере две первичные и/или вторичные аминогруппы.2. Claims (17)
1. Уретан(мет)акрилат (А), образованный в основном из
(a) по меньшей мере одного (цикло)алифатического ди- и/или полиизоцианата,
(b1) по меньшей мере одного (цикло)алифатического диола с молекулярной массой меньше чем 700 г/моль,
(b2) по меньшей мере одного сложного полиэфирдиола со среднемассовой молекулярной массой Mw от 700 до 2000 и предпочтительно кислотным числом согласно стандарту DIN 53240 не более чем 20 мг КОН/г,
(c) по меньшей мере одного соединения (с), имеющего по меньшей мере одну группу, реакционноспособную по отношению к изоцианату, и по меньшей мере одну ненасыщенную группу, способную к радикальной полимеризации,
(d) по меньшей мере одного соединения, которое имеет по меньшей мере одну группу, реакционноспособную по отношению к изоцианату, и по меньшей мере одну кислотную группу,
(e) по меньшей мере одного основания для по крайней мере частичной нейтрализации кислотных групп компонента (d), которое отличается от компонентов (h1) и (h2),
(f) необязательно по меньшей мере одного моноспирта, который имеет ровно одну гидроксильную функциональную группу,
(g) необязательно по меньшей мере одного монофункционального простого полиалкиленоксидполиэфироспирта,
(h1) по меньшей мере одного амина, замещенного одним или двумя углеводородными остатками, в котором эти углеводородные остатки вместе содержат по меньшей мере 12 атомов углерода, а также
(h2) необязательно по меньшей мере одного соединения, содержащего по меньшей мере две первичные и/или вторичные аминогруппы.
2. Уретан(мет)акрилат по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что компонент (a) представляет собой смесь алифатического ди- и/или полиизоцианата (a1) и циклоалифатического ди- и/или полиизоцианата (a2).
3. Уретан(мет)акрилат по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что компонент (b1) выбирают из группы, состоящей из этиленгликоля, 1,2-пропандиола, 1,3-пропандиола, 2,2-диметил-1,2-этандиола, 2,2-диметил-1,3-пропандиола (неопентилгликоля), 1,2-бутандиола, 1,3-бутандиола, 1,4-бутандиола, 1,6-гександиола или диэтиленгликоля.
4. Уретан(мет)акрилат по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что компонент (b2) представляет собой сложный полиэфирдиол, который по меньшей мере частично образован из структурных элементов алифатических диолов и/или дикарбоновых кислот.
5. Уретан(мет)акрилат по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что компонент (c) выбирают группы, состоящей из 2-гидроксиэтилакрилата, 2-гидроксиэтилметакрилата, 2- или 3-гидроксипропилакрилата и 1,4-бутандиолмоноакрилата, 1,2- или 1,3-диакрилатов из глицерина, триметилолпропандиакрилата, пентаэритриттриакрилата, дитриметилолпропантриакрилата и дипентаэритритпентаакрилата.
7. Уретан(мет)акрилат по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что компонент d) выбирают из группы, состоящей из диметилолпропионовой кислоты и диметилолмасляной кислоты.
8. Уретан(мет)акрилат по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что оба алкильных остатка соединения (h1) соответственно независимо друг от друга включают в себя по меньшей мере шесть атомов углерода.
9. Масса для нанесения покрытия, содержащая по меньшей мере один уретан(мет)акрилат по п. 1-8 и дополнительно по меньшей мере один (мет)акрилат (B), который имеет по меньшей мере две (мет)акрилатные функциональные группы и среднюю молекулярную массу вплоть до 1000 г/моль.
10. Масса для нанесения покрытия по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что (мет)акрилат (B) представляет собой соединение формул с (VIIIa) по (VIIId)
в которых R7 и R8 независимо друг от друга представляют собой атом водорода или при необходимости замещенный арилом, алкилом, арилоксилом, алкилоксилом, гетероатомом и/или гетероциклом алкил с 1-18 атомами углерода.
k, l, m, q каждое, независимо друг от друга, является целым числом от 1 до 10, предпочтительно от 1 до 5 и особенно предпочтительно от 1 до 3, и
каждый Xi для i=от 1 до k, от 1 до l, от 1 до m и от 1 до q, независимо друг от друга может выбираться из группы -CH2-CH2-O-, -CH2-CH(CH3)-O-, -CH(CH3)-CH2-O-, -CH2-C(CH3)2-O-, -C(CH3)2-CH2-O-, -CH2-CHVin-O-, -CHVin-CH2-O-, -CH2-CHPh-O- и -CHPh-CH2-O-, предпочтительно из группы -CH2-CH2-O-, -CH2-CH(CH3)-O- и -CH(CH3)-CH2-O- и особенно предпочтительно -CH2-CH2-O-,
где Ph представляет собой фенил, a Vin винил.
11. Основание, покрытое уретан(мет)акрилатом по одному из пп. 1-8 или массой для нанесения покрытий по одному из пп. 9 или 10.
12. Основание по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что оно представляет собой дуб, ель, сосну, бук, клен, каштан, платан, акацию, ясень, березу, пинию, вяз, орех или грушу с нанесенным покрытием.
13. Способ нанесения покрытия на основания, отличающийся тем, что уретан(мет)акрилат по одному из пп. 1-8 или массу для нанесения покрытий по одному из пп. 9 или 10 наносят на основание, затем сушат и подвергают радиационному отверждению.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что в качестве основания используют дуб, ель, сосну, бук, клен, каштан, платан, акацию, ясень, березу, пинию, вяз, орех или грушу с нанесенным покрытием.
15. Применение уретан(мет)акрилата по одному из пп. 1-8 в качестве массы для нанесения покрытия или в массах для нанесения покрытий.
16. Применение по п. 15, отличающееся тем, что с помощью массы для нанесения покрытий покрывают древесину, бумагу, текстиль, кожу, нетканый материал, поверхности из синтетического материала, стекло, керамику, минеральные строительные материалы, металлы, металлы с покрытием, бумагу, плотную бумагу или картон.
17. Применение по п. 15, отличающееся тем, что с помощью массы для нанесения покрытий покрывают дуб, ель, сосну, бук, клен, каштан, платан, акацию, ясень, березу, пинию, вяз, орех, грушу или пробку.
