Abstract
1. Способ кальцинирующего обжига ванадийсодержащего материала, включающий контактирование и взаимодействие сырья с клинкером, в котором сырье используют в виде смеси из ванадийсодержащего материала и кальцийсодержащего материала, а клинкер - в виде материала, подвергнутого кальцинирующему обжигу.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором содержание сырья составляет 20-90 мас %. в пересчете на полную массу сырья и клинкера.3. Способ по п. 2, в котором содержание сырья составляет 40-80 мас %. в пересчете на полную массу сырья и клинкера.4. Способ по п. 3, в котором содержание сырья составляет 50-70 мас. % в пересчете на полную массу сырья и клинкера.5. Способ по п. 1, в котором при расчете количества кальция в CaO, а количества ванадия в VOмассовое отношение кальция к ванадию в сырье составляет (0,3-1):1, предпочтительно (0,5-0,7):1.6. Способ по п. 1, в котором кальцийсодержащий материал представляет собой один или более материалов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из известняка, извести, кальцита и доломита, предпочтительно из известняка.7. Способ по п. 1, в котором 80-100 мас. % ванадийсодержащего материала характеризуются размерами частиц 0,1 мм или меньше, предпочтительно в пределах 0,045-0,1 мм.8. Способ по п. 1 или 6, в котором 80-100 мас. % кальцийсодержащего материала характеризуются размерами частиц 0,18 мм или меньше, предпочтительно в пределах 0,045-0,18 мм.9. Способ по п. 1, в котором 80-100 мас. % клинкера характеризуются размерами частиц 4 мм или меньше, предпочтительно характеризуются размерами частиц 2 мм или меньше, более предпочтительно в пределах 0,045-2 мм.10. Способ по п. 1, в котором кальцинирующий обжиг осуществляют при температуре 830-900°C и времени 1-6 часов.1. The method of claim 1, wherein the calcium-containing material is one or more materials selected from the group consisting of limestone, lime, calcite and dolomite, preferably limestone. The method according to p. 1, in which 80-100 wt. % of vanadium-containing material are characterized by particle sizes of 0.1 mm or less, preferably in the range of 0.045-0.1 mm. The method according to p. 1 or 6, in which 80-100 wt. % of calcium-containing material are characterized by particle sizes of 0.18 mm or less, preferably in the range of 0.045-0.18 mm. The method according to p. 1, in which 80-100 wt. % clinkers are characterized by particle sizes of 4 mm or less, preferably characterized by particle sizes of 2 mm or less, more preferably in the range of 0.045-2 mm. 10. The method according to claim 1, wherein the calcining calcination is carried out at a temperature of 830-900 ° C and a time of 1-6 hours.
