Abstract
1. Способ обработки слюды путем выдержки ее в нагретом растворе кислоты с последующими промыванием и просушиванием, отличающийся тем, что в качестве слюды используют тонко расщепленные пластины, в качестве кислоты берут высококонцентрированную муравьиную кислоту, выдержку в последней осуществляют в два этапа, после второго этапа выдержки осуществляют нейтрализацию кислой среды, причем на первом этапе выдержки в муравьиную кислоту дополнительно вводят тонко измельченную траву полыни, либо шалфея, либо ромашки, либо розмарина, либо гингко билоба, после выдерживания не более часа при температуре, не превышающей температуру вспышки кислоты, смесь кислоты с травой и пластинами слюды охлаждают до комнатной температуры и выдерживают в течение 50-150 ч, этот этап повторяют по большей мере 7 раз, после чего обработанные пластины удаляют из смеси, на втором этапе выдержки слюды в свежую муравьиную кислоту той же концентрации дополнительно вводят кварцевый песок, этап осуществляют аналогично режиму первого этапа и в том же количестве, извлеченные после нейтрализации пластины промывают приготовленной суспензией, состоящей из воды, молока, поваренной соли и тонко измельченного силиката группы оливина.2.
