Для достижения цели в состав стали дополнительно вводят, по крайней мере, один из силицидов металлов IV, V, VI групп главных подгрупп периодической системы элементов при следующем соотношении ингредиентов, мас.%: углерод 0,1-0,2; кремний 0,01-0,4; марганец 0,1-1,8; хром 0,5-1,2; никель 0,1-0,5; медь 0,15-0,5; алюминий 0,02-0,12; германий 0,0005-0,003; силициды металлов 0,7-1,1; железо - остальное.
