Abstract

FIELD: binding technique. SUBSTANCE: method for binding a pack of articles with a flexible band includes steps of wrapping the flexible band on the pack; inserting the band into a lock having windows and lintels; bond tension by means of turning and fixing the lock. By wrapping, a flexible band end is inserted in the lock and bent around an lintel. Then the band (which is rolled) is drawn through the lock; the same end is inserted under the band on the opposite side of the pack, bent around the same lintel and extended beyond the lock edge.
