Abstract

Вертикальный сепаратор-транспортер, включающий внутренний и внешний цилиндрические транспортирующие каналы, в верхней части внутреннего транспортирующего канала расположен воронкообразный бункер приемник с выпускной щелью, к которой прикреплено регулирующее устройство, расположенные под ним одна под другой ступени рабочих органов, закрепленные к подвижному несущему элементу, проходящему по оси сепаратора, каждая ступень рабочих органов содержит последовательно установленные коническую скатную плоскость, расположенную большим основанием вниз, воронкообразный загрузочно-разгрузочный приемник с выпускной щелью, снабженный регулирующим устройством, отличающийся тем, что регулирующие устройства выполнены в виде расположенного большим основанием вниз усеченного конуса, каждая ступень рабочих органов содержит несколько скатных конических плоскостей, расположенных ступенчато с зазором между ними, установленных под углом к горизонту, близком углу естественного откоса зернового материала, при этом нижняя скатная коническая плоскость своим большим основанием расположена в разделителе, выполненном в виде усеченного конуса, установленного параллельно плоскости скатывания зернового материала, поверхность скатных конических плоскостей выполнена шероховатой.A vertical separator-conveyor, including internal and external cylindrical conveying channels, in the upper part of the internal conveying channel there is a funnel-shaped hopper receiver with an outlet slit, to which a control device is attached, located under it one below the other stage of the working bodies, fixed to a movable supporting element passing along the axis of the separator, each stage of the working bodies contains sequentially installed conical pitched plane, located large novanie downward, a funnel-shaped loading and unloading receiver with an outlet slot, equipped with a regulating device, characterized in that the regulating devices are made in the form of a truncated cone located with a large base down, each step of the working bodies contains several pitched conical planes, located stepwise with a gap between them, installed at an angle to the horizon, close to the angle of repose of the grain material, while the lower pitched conical plane with its large base laid in a separator made in the form of a truncated cone mounted parallel to the plane of rolling of the grain material, the surface of the pitched conical planes is made rough.
