Abstract
1. Способ производства дисперсии, состоящей из микрофибриллированной целлюлозы и наночастиц, отличающийся тем, что способ включает такие стадии, как:получение суспензии, состоящей из предварительно обработанных волокон целлюлозы,введение наночастиц в суспензию иобработка суспензии путем механического разрушения таким образом, что образуется дисперсия, содержащая микрофибриллированную целлюлозу, в которой наночастицы абсорбируются на поверхности микрофибриллированной целлюлозы и/или абсорбируются внутри микрофибриллированной целлюлозы.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что механическое разрушение производят в гомогенизаторе высокого давления.3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что давление, используемое в гомогенизаторе высокого давления, находится в интервале 500-4000 бар.4. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что наночастицы являются частицами бентонита, диоксида титана, оксида цинка, серебра, оксида меди, оксида железа, диоксида кремния, карбоната кальция, такого как наноосажденный карбонат кальция (нОКК), и/или углеродными нанотрубками.5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соотношение между микрофибриллированной целлюлозой и наночастицами находится в интервале 10:90 до 90:10.6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что большая часть наночастиц, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 50%, адсорбируется на поверхности или внутри микрофибриллированной целлюлозы и/или фибрилл целлюлозы.7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержание сухого вещества в суспензии, подлежащей обработке путем механического разрушения, находится в интервале от 1 до 30% от веса волокон.8. Claims (18)
1. Способ производства дисперсии, состоящей из микрофибриллированной целлюлозы и наночастиц, отличающийся тем, что способ включает такие стадии, как:
получение суспензии, состоящей из предварительно обработанных волокон целлюлозы,
введение наночастиц в суспензию и
обработка суспензии путем механического разрушения таким образом, что образуется дисперсия, содержащая микрофибриллированную целлюлозу, в которой наночастицы абсорбируются на поверхности микрофибриллированной целлюлозы и/или абсорбируются внутри микрофибриллированной целлюлозы.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что механическое разрушение производят в гомогенизаторе высокого давления.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что давление, используемое в гомогенизаторе высокого давления, находится в интервале 500-4000 бар.
4. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что наночастицы являются частицами бентонита, диоксида титана, оксида цинка, серебра, оксида меди, оксида железа, диоксида кремния, карбоната кальция, такого как наноосажденный карбонат кальция (нОКК), и/или углеродными нанотрубками.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соотношение между микрофибриллированной целлюлозой и наночастицами находится в интервале 10:90 до 90:10.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что большая часть наночастиц, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 50%, адсорбируется на поверхности или внутри микрофибриллированной целлюлозы и/или фибрилл целлюлозы.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержание сухого вещества в суспензии, подлежащей обработке путем механического разрушения, находится в интервале от 1 до 30% от веса волокон.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержание сухого вещества в дисперсии после обработки путем механического разрушения составляет более 50% от веса волокон.
9. Способ по п.1, где способ дополнительно включает промывание дисперсии после механического разрушения.
10. Дисперсия, которую производят способом по любому из п.п. 1-9.
11. Дисперсия по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия характеризуется содержанием сухого вещества выше 50% от веса волокон.
12. Дисперсия по любому из п.п. 10-11, отличающаяся тем, что большинство наночастиц, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 50% всех наночастиц, адсорбируются на поверхности либо внутри микрофибриллированной целлюлозы.
13. Дисперсия по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия, по существу, не содержит свободных наночастиц.
14. Бумажная либо картонная продукция, включающая слой покрытия, содержащего дисперсию по любому из п.п. 10-13.
15. Бумажная либо картонная продукция по п. 14, отличающаяся тем, что слой покрытия содержит наночастицы бентонита и МФЦ, а также тем, что слой покрытия образует барьер против жиров и масел на поверхности бумаги или картона.
16. Бумажная либо картонная продукция по п. 14 или 15, отличающаяся тем, что покрытие дополнительно содержит полимер, который образует барьер на поверхности бумаги или картона.
17. Бумага либо картон, производимые из дисперсии по любому из п.п. 10-13.
18. Композиционный материал, состоящий из дисперсии по любому из п.п. 10-13.
