Abstract
1. Стеклянная композиция, содержащая:от примерно 65 мол.% до примерно 75 мол.% SiO,от примерно 6 мол.% до примерно 12,5 мол.% AlO,от примерно 5 мол.% до примерно 12 мол.% оксида щелочного металла, причем оксид щелочного металла включает NaO и KO, и KO присутствует в количестве меньше или равном 0,5 мол.%, иот примерно 8,0 мол.% до примерно 15 мол.% по меньшей мере одного оксида щелочноземельного металла, причем стеклянная композиция способна к упрочнению ионным обменом.2. Стеклянная композиция, содержащая:от примерно 67 мол.% до примерно 75 мол.% SiO,от примерно 6 мол.% до примерно 10 мол.% AlO,от примерно 5 мол.% до примерно 12 мол.% оксида щелочного металла, причем оксид щелочного металла содержит KO в количестве меньше или равном примерно 0,5 мол.%,от примерно 8 мол.% до примерно 15 мол.% оксида щелочноземельного металла, причем оксид щелочноземельного металла содержит по меньшей мере одно из соединений SrO и BaO, причем:стеклянная композиция свободна от бора и соединений бора,стеклянная композиция свободна от фосфора и соединений фосфора, истеклянная композиция способна к ионному обмену на глубину слоя, больше или равную примерно 15 мкм, при соответствующем сжимающем напряжении, больше или равном примерно 250 МПа.3. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1, причем оксид щелочноземельного металла содержит одно из соединений SrO и BaO.4. Стеклянная композиция по п. 2 или 3, в которой оксид щелочноземельного металла содержит SrO в количестве больше или равном примерно 1 мол.% и меньше или равном примерно 2 мол.%.5. Claims (15)
1. Стеклянная композиция, содержащая:
от примерно 65 мол.% до примерно 75 мол.% SiO2,
от примерно 6 мол.% до примерно 12,5 мол.% Al2O3,
от примерно 5 мол.% до примерно 12 мол.% оксида щелочного металла, причем оксид щелочного металла включает Na2O и K2O, и K2O присутствует в количестве меньше или равном 0,5 мол.%, и
от примерно 8,0 мол.% до примерно 15 мол.% по меньшей мере одного оксида щелочноземельного металла, причем стеклянная композиция способна к упрочнению ионным обменом.
2. Стеклянная композиция, содержащая:
от примерно 67 мол.% до примерно 75 мол.% SiO2,
от примерно 6 мол.% до примерно 10 мол.% Al2O3,
от примерно 5 мол.% до примерно 12 мол.% оксида щелочного металла, причем оксид щелочного металла содержит K2O в количестве меньше или равном примерно 0,5 мол.%,
от примерно 8 мол.% до примерно 15 мол.% оксида щелочноземельного металла, причем оксид щелочноземельного металла содержит по меньшей мере одно из соединений SrO и BaO, причем:
стеклянная композиция свободна от бора и соединений бора,
стеклянная композиция свободна от фосфора и соединений фосфора, и
стеклянная композиция способна к ионному обмену на глубину слоя, больше или равную примерно 15 мкм, при соответствующем сжимающем напряжении, больше или равном примерно 250 МПа.
3. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1, причем оксид щелочноземельного металла содержит одно из соединений SrO и BaO.
4. Стеклянная композиция по п. 2 или 3, в которой оксид щелочноземельного металла содержит SrO в количестве больше или равном примерно 1 мол.% и меньше или равном примерно 2 мол.%.
5. Стеклянная композиция по п. 2 или 3, в которой оксид щелочноземельного металла дополнительно содержит MgO и CaO.
6. Стеклянная композиция по п. 5, в которой MgO присутствует в количестве больше 0 мол.% и меньше или равном 3,5 мол.%.
7. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, в которой концентрация Al2O3 больше, чем примерно 7 мол.%.
8. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, в которой оксид щелочного металла содержит, кроме того, Li2O в количестве от примерно 1 мол.% до примерно 3 мол.%.
9. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, в которой Na2O присутствует в количестве от примерно 3,5 мол.% до примерно 8 мол.%.
10. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, в которой отношение MgO:ΣRO меньше 0,3.
11. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, в которой оксид щелочноземельного металла присутствует в количестве от примерно 10 мол.% до примерно 14 мол.%.
12. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, причем стеклянная композиция имеет вязкость при температуре ликвидуса больше или равную 85 кПа.
13. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, причем
стеклянная композиция имеет кислотостойкость по меньшей мере класса S3 согласно DIN 12116.
14. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, причем стеклянная композиция имеет стойкость к основаниям класса A1 согласно ISO 695.
15. Стеклянная композиция по п. 1 или 2, причем стеклянная композиция имеет гидролитическую стойкость типа HGA1 согласно ISO 720.
