Abstract

1. A method of treating a closed traumatic skin detachment consists in performing diagnostic skin incisions up to 3 cm in length on the injured surface, through which a finger examination of the exfoliated subcutaneous fat is carried out, and when a cavity is identified, additional skin incisions are successively performed above the end of the finger, introduced into the incision through which the cavity is examined over the entire surface of the injured area. 2. The treatment method according to claim 1, consisting in the fact that when diagnosing skin detachment according to the first type, the skin is treated according to V.K. Krasovitova with complete removal of subcutaneous fat from the skin flap and fascia. 3. The treatment method according to claim 1, consisting in the fact that if there is a detachment of the second type, after removing the contents of the hematoma, drainage is established in the incisions for 2-3 days with the application of a pressure bandage. The treatment method according to claim 1, consisting in the fact that if there is a detachment of the third type, the skin is treated according to V.K. Krasovitov only those areas in which the detachment of the first type is diagnosed.
