Abstract
1. Модифицированный проппант, содержащий частицу субстрата проппанта, покрытую образующим гидрогель полимером, причем указанная частица субстрата проппанта содержит покрытый смолой проппант и усилитель адгезии, скрепляющий гидрогелевое покрытие с покрытым смолой проппантом.2. Модифицированный проппант по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанный усилитель адгезии выбран из группы, состоящей из блок-сополимера, содержащего одновременно гидрофобные и гидрофильные мономеры, жирного амина, поличетвертичного амина и катионного поверхностно-активного вещества.3. Модифицированный проппант по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что указанный усилитель адгезии представляет собой блок-сополимер стирола и малеимида.4. Модифицированный проппант по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что тип и количество образующего гидрогель полимера выбраны так, что модифицированный проппант одновременно является самосуспендирующимся в жидкости для гидроразрыва на водной основе и износостойким с точки зрения сохранения самосуспендируемости после воздействия сдвига со скоростью сдвига примерно 550 св течение 20 мин.5. Модифицированный проппант по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что указанный проппант является свободно сыпучим после воздействия относительной влажности примерно 80 - 90% в течение 1 ч при температуре от 25 до 35°C.6. Модифицированный проппант по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что образующий гидрогель полимер выбран из группы, состоящей из полиакриламида, сополимеров акриламида с анионными и катионными сомономерами, гидролизованного полиакриламида, сополимеров акриламида с гидрофобными сомономерами, полиакриловой кислоты и солей полиакриловой кислоты.7. Modified proppant according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, characterized in that the type and amount of the hydrogel-forming polymer is selected so that the modified proppant is simultaneously self-suspending in a water-based hydraulic fracturing fluid and is wear-resistant from the point of view of maintaining self-suspension after shearing at a shear rate of about 550 sv for 20 min. 5. Modified proppant according to claim 4, characterized in that said proppant is free flowing after exposure to relative humidity of about 80 - 90% for 1 h at a temperature of 25 to 35 ° C. 6. Modified proppant according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, characterized in that the hydrogel-forming polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyacrylamide, copolymers of acrylamide with anionic and cationic comonomers, hydrolyzed polyacrylamide, copolymers of acrylamide with hydrophobic comonomers, polyacrylic acid and polyacrylic acid salts. 7.
