Abstract
1. Оборудование пользователя (UE) для межмашинной передачи данных (МТС), содержащее схему обработки, выполненную с возможностью:детектирования множества беспроводных сот, каждая из которых предоставлена развернутым Узлом В (eNB);детектирования категорий eNB, связанных с отдельными беспроводными сотами из множества беспроводных сот;идентификации одной или более беспроводных сот из множества детектированных беспроводных сот, в которых трафик МТС разрешен, на основе связанных с ними категорий eNB; иизбирательного соединения с беспроводной сотой из одной или более идентифицированных беспроводных сот на основе критерия выбора соты.2. UE МТС по п. 1, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью:сверки списка eNB, выделенных для МТС, к которым UE МТС разрешено подключаться, с идентифицированными беспроводными сотами; иизбирательного соединения с беспроводной сотой дополнительно на основе результата сверки.3. Claims (31)
1. Оборудование пользователя (UE) для межмашинной передачи данных (МТС), содержащее схему обработки, выполненную с возможностью:
детектирования множества беспроводных сот, каждая из которых предоставлена развернутым Узлом В (eNB);
детектирования категорий eNB, связанных с отдельными беспроводными сотами из множества беспроводных сот;
идентификации одной или более беспроводных сот из множества детектированных беспроводных сот, в которых трафик МТС разрешен, на основе связанных с ними категорий eNB; и
избирательного соединения с беспроводной сотой из одной или более идентифицированных беспроводных сот на основе критерия выбора соты.
2. UE МТС по п. 1, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью:
сверки списка eNB, выделенных для МТС, к которым UE МТС разрешено подключаться, с идентифицированными беспроводными сотами; и
избирательного соединения с беспроводной сотой дополнительно на основе результата сверки.
3. UE МТС по п. 2, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью получения списка eNB, выделенных для МТС, от некоторого eNB.
4. UE МТС по п. 2, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью получения списка eNB, выделенных для МТС, используя сигналы уровня отсутствия доступа (NAS).
5. UE МТС по п. 2, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью:
определения, что ни один из eNB, выделенных для МТС, из упомянутого списка, не способен обслуживать UE МТС; и
идентификации eNB, обслуживающего как трафик МТС, так и трафик, не являющийся МТС, на основе политики МТС для eNB, указывающей обстоятельство, в соответствии с которым eNB разрешает трафик МТС.
6. UE МТС по п. 5, в котором политика МТС предоставлена от eNB или реализована на UE МТС с использованием конфигурации управления устройствами открытого альянса мобильной связи ("OMA-DM").
7. UE МТС по п. 5, в котором упомянутое обстоятельство содержит нахождение упомянутого UE МТС в заданном местоположении или вблизи него в пределах геозоны или UE МТС определенного типа.
8. UE МТС по любому из п.п. 1-7, в котором критерий выбора соты содержит уровень сигнала одной или более идентифицированных беспроводных сот или заполнение счетчика повторных попыток.
9. UE МТС по любому из п.п. 1-7, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью:
перехода UE МТС из подключенного режима в режим ожидания, а в режиме ожидания:
периодического детектирования другого множества беспроводных сот, каждая из которых предоставлена eNB;
детектирование категорий eNB, связанных с отдельными беспроводными сотами упомянутого другого множества беспроводных сот;
идентификации одной или более беспроводных сот упомянутого другого множества детектированных беспроводных сот, в которых трафик МТС разрешен, на основе связанных с ними категорий eNB; и
избирательного инициирования передачи обслуживания от упомянутой беспроводной соты, с которой UE МТС ранее избирательно соединилось, к другой беспроводной соте из одной или более идентифицированных беспроводных сот упомянутого другого множества детектированных беспроводных сот на основе критерия выбора соты.
10. UE МТС по любому из п.п. 1-7, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью получения от eNB после обнаружения перегрузки сети команды на переход из подключенного режима в режим ожидания или высвобождения соединения с eNB и перенаправления последующей передачи данных через другой eNB.
11. Развернутый Узел В (eNB), содержащий схему обработки, выполненную с возможностью:
предоставления беспроводной соты;
предоставления для оборудования пользователя (UE) для межмашинной передачи данных (МТС), детектирующего беспроводную соту, политики МТС, указывающей обстоятельство, в соответствии с которым eNB разрешает трафик МТС; и
избирательного обслуживания UE МТС на основе политики МТС.
12. eNB по п. 11, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью предоставления политики МТС для UE МТС, используя сигналы уровня отсутствия доступа (NAS) и/или сигналы управления радиоресурсом (RRC).
13. eNB по п. 11, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью высвобождения UE МТС в ответ на определение, что часть сети, с которой соединен eNB, перегружена, причем высвобождение UE МТС содержит переход UE МТС в режим ожидания или в отключенный режим или перенаправление к новому eNB.
14. eNB по п. 13, в котором участок сети представляет собой беспроводную соту, предоставленную eNB.
15. eNB по любому из п.п. 11-14, в котором упомянутое обстоятельство содержит нахождение UE МТС в заданном местоположении или вблизи него.
16. eNB по любому из п.п. 11-14, в котором упомянутое обстоятельство содержит нахождение UE МТС в пределах геозоны.
17. eNB по любому из п.п. 11-14, в котором упомянутое обстоятельство содержит принадлежность UE МТС к определенному типу UE МТС.
18. eNB по любому из п.п. 11-14, в котором схема обработки дополнительно выполнена с возможностью:
детектирования множества объектов управления мобильностью (MME); детектирования категорий MME, связанных с отдельными MME из множества MME;
идентификации одного или более MME из множества детектированных MME, выделенных для трафика МТС, на основе связанных с ними категорий MME; и
выбора MME из упомянутого одного или более идентифицированных MME на основе критерия выбора MME.
19. eNB по п. 18, в котором категории MME детектированы посредством одного или более интерфейсов S1.
20. Считываемый компьютером носитель информации, содержащий команды, которые в ответ на исполнение команд оборудованием пользователя (UE) для межмашинной передачи данных (МТС) обеспечивают для UE МТС возможность:
идентифицировать категории развернутых Узлов В (eNB), связанных с eNB, предоставляющих отдельные беспроводные соты из множества беспроводных сот;
выбирать из множества беспроводных сот беспроводную соту для UE МТС для соединения для передачи или приема трафика МТС на основе идентифицированных категорий МТС и критерия выбора соты, включающего в себя относительный уровень сигнала eNB, обеспечивающего выбранную беспроводную соту, и/или заполнение счетчика повторных попыток.
21. Считываемый компьютером носитель информации по п. 20, в котором выбор дополнительно основан на политике МТС, получаемой от выбранного eNB, причем политика МТС указывает обстоятельство, при котором eNB разрешает трафик МТС.
22. Считываемый компьютером носитель информации по п. 21, в котором обстоятельство содержит нахождение UE МТС в определенном местоположении или вблизи него.
23. Считываемый компьютером носитель информации по любому из п.п. 21 и 22, в котором обстоятельство содержит нахождение UE МТС в пределах геозоны.
24. Считываемый компьютером носитель информации по любому из п.п. 21 и 22, в котором обстоятельство содержит принадлежность UE МТС к определенному типу UE.
25. Считываемый компьютером носитель информации по любому из п.п. 21 и 22, в котором категории МТС или политика МТС получены с использованием сигналов уровня отсутствия доступа (NAS).
26. Устройство оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных, содержащее:
средство для идентификации категорий развернутых Узлов В, связанных с развернутыми Узлами В, обеспечивающими отдельные беспроводные соты из множества беспроводных сот;
средство для выбора из множества беспроводных сот беспроводной соты для соединения оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных для передачи или приема трафика межмашинной передачи данных на основе идентифицированных категорий межмашинной передачи данных и критерия выбора соты, включающего в себя относительный уровень сигнала развернутого Узла В, обеспечивающего выбранную беспроводную соту, и/или заполнение счетчика повторных попыток.
27. Устройство оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных по п. 26, в котором выбор дополнительно основан на политике межмашинной передачи данных, полученной от выбранного развернутого Узла В, причем политика межмашинной передачи данных указывает обстоятельство, при котором развернутый Узел В разрешает трафик межмашинной передачи данных.
28. Устройство оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных по п. 27, в котором обстоятельство содержит нахождение оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных в определенном местоположении или вблизи него.
29. Устройство оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных по п. 27, в котором обстоятельство содержит нахождение оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных в пределах геозоны.
30. Устройство оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных по любому из п.п. 27-29, в котором обстоятельство содержит принадлежность оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных к оборудованию пользователя определенного типа.
31. Устройство оборудования пользователя для межмашинной передачи данных по любому из п.п. 27-29, в котором категории межмашинной передачи данных или политика межмашинной передачи данных получены с использованием сигналов уровня отсутствия доступа.
