Abstract
1. Стент-графт, содержащий стент (1) с большим числом расположенных друг рядом с другом и соединенных друг с другом кольцевых сегментов (3) и по меньшей мере одну оболочку (2), отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один краевой кольцевой сегмент (4) имеет конфигурацию перемычек в форме меандра и направленные внутрь или наружу петли (5) перемычек прорезаны, таким образом, что образуются упругие язычки (6), которые с геометрическим замыканием расположены в петлях (5) перемычек и могут упруго перемещаться по отношению к линии перемычек, причем оболочка (2) зажата между упругими язычками (6) и перемычками.2. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один краевой кольцевой сегмент (4) расположен на его конце.3. Стент-графт по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что упругие язычки (6) направлены внутрь стента.4. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стент (1) имеет оболочку (2) в виде мягкой трубки.5. Стент-графт по п.4, отличающийся тем, что оболочка (2) окружает стент (1).6. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оболочка (2) закреплена в упругих язычках (6) посредством приклеивания, предпочтительно клейкой лентой.7. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что имеется несколько расположенных отдельными частями оболочек (2), которые, соответственно, закреплены на упругих язычках (6).8. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что краевая область зажатой в упругих язычках (6) оболочки (2) загнута.9. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оболочка (2) выполнена в виде мягкой трубки из экспандированного фторопласта (ePTFE).10. Claims (13)
1. Стент-графт, содержащий стент (1) с большим числом расположенных друг рядом с другом и соединенных друг с другом кольцевых сегментов (3) и по меньшей мере одну оболочку (2), отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один краевой кольцевой сегмент (4) имеет конфигурацию перемычек в форме меандра и направленные внутрь или наружу петли (5) перемычек прорезаны, таким образом, что образуются упругие язычки (6), которые с геометрическим замыканием расположены в петлях (5) перемычек и могут упруго перемещаться по отношению к линии перемычек, причем оболочка (2) зажата между упругими язычками (6) и перемычками.
2. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один краевой кольцевой сегмент (4) расположен на его конце.
3. Стент-графт по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что упругие язычки (6) направлены внутрь стента.
4. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стент (1) имеет оболочку (2) в виде мягкой трубки.
5. Стент-графт по п.4, отличающийся тем, что оболочка (2) окружает стент (1).
6. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оболочка (2) закреплена в упругих язычках (6) посредством приклеивания, предпочтительно клейкой лентой.
7. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что имеется несколько расположенных отдельными частями оболочек (2), которые, соответственно, закреплены на упругих язычках (6).
8. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что краевая область зажатой в упругих язычках (6) оболочки (2) загнута.
9. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оболочка (2) выполнена в виде мягкой трубки из экспандированного фторопласта (ePTFE).
10. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стент (1) является стентом, который может быть расширен при помощи баллона.
11. Стент-графт по п.10, отличающийся тем, что он насажен на баллон баллонного катетера.
12. Стент-графт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит саморасширяющийся стент из сплава с памятью формы, в частности, из нитинола.
13. Применение стент-графта по любому из пп.1-12 для лечения патологий сосудов.
