Биологически активная добавка к пище по п.1 или 2, в которой комбинация растительных компонентов включает корневища и/или корни элеутерококка колючего и плоды шиповника предпочтительно при их массовом соотношении 1:1-2:1.4. Биологически активная добавка к пище по п.1 или 2, в которой содержание влаги составляет не более 14 мас.%.5. Биологически активная добавка к пище по п.4, представляющая собой фиточай.6. Биологически активная добавка к пище по п.4, представляющая собой фитосбор.7. Биологически активная добавка к пище по п.1, или 2, или 5, или 6, являющаяся источником элеутерозидов B и E, витаминов, включая витамин C, флавоноидов, органических кислот, пектинов и антоцианов.8.
