Abstract

1. Способ определения иммуносупрессивных свойств мезенхимальных стромальных клеток человека, включающий измерение уровня экспрессии молекулы HLA-DR на поверхности мембран клеток методом иммунофлуоресцентного окрашивания и измерение в клетках уровня экспрессии молекул IDO, iNOS и СОХ-2, при этом вывод о наличии иммуносупрессивных свойств делают, если уровень экспрессии по крайней мере одной из вышеуказанных молекул в два раза выше по сравнению с контрольным образцом мезенхимальных стромальных клеток.2. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что измерение уровня экспрессии в клетках осуществляют методом полуколичественной ОТ-ПЦР или ОТ-ПЦР в режиме реального времени.1. Способ определения иммуносупрессивных свойств мезенхимальных стромальных клеток человека, включающий измерение уровня экспрессии молекулы HLA-DR на поверхности мембран клеток методом иммунофлуоресцентного окрашивания и измерение в клетках уровня экспрессии молекул IDO, iNOS и СОХ-2, при этом вывод о наличии иммуносупрессивных свойств делают, если уровень экспрессии по крайней мере одной из вышеуказанных молекул в два раза выше по сравнению с контрольным образцом мезенхимальных стромальных клеток.1.
