Abstract
1. Способ переработки оловосодержащих сульфидных хвостов, включающий их обжиг с добавлением сульфидизатора и восстановителя при температуре до 650°C и с удалением соединений мышьяка, характеризующийся тем, что обжиг ведут с добавкой в шихту 0,05-0,1% древесных опилок для нейтрализации кислорода воздуха в шихте при температуре сначала до 350°C, затем до 650°C, а образующиеся пары сульфида мышьяка охлаждают в конденсаторе с 650 до 60°C.2. Способ переработки оловосодержащих сульфидных хвостов по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что пары сульфида мышьяка отводят и охлаждают сначала до 300°C, а затем до температуры до 60°C.3. Аппарат обжига, включающий теплоизолированную обогреваемую печь в виде трубы с осевым шнеком перемещения шихты, снабженную загрузочным бункером и разгрузочным затвором в другом конце, характеризующийся тем, что снабжена нагревателями 3 секций нагрева: 20-350; 350-500 и 500-650°C, а средняя зона на конечном участке 3/4-5/6 от длины трубы печи снабжена окном отвода паров и соединена с конденсатором в виде трубы со шнеком, снабженным в нижней части затвором разгрузки сульфида мышьяка и отвода газов и снабженным 2 секциями рубашек охлаждения до температур 650-300 и 300-60°C.1.
