Abstract
1. Способ изготовления многослойного листового материала, включающий, в некоторый момент во время прохождения листового материала через технологическую систему, нагревание многослойного листового материала микроволновым нагревателем для расширения терморастяжимого клея или покрытия, нанесенного на или внутри многослойного листового материала.2. Способ изготовления многослойного основания для упаковки, включающий:подачу первого листового материала в конвейерную технологическую систему, при этом первый листовой материал имеет по крайней мере две стороны;гофрирование первого листового материала;нанесение первого защитного материала на сторону первого листового материала, при этом защитный материал включает терморастяжимый клей;нанесение второго листового материала на сторону первого листового материала;нагревание первого и второго материалов микроволновым нагревателем, таким образом вызывая расширение терморастяжимого клея и образование многослойной основы; иобработку многослойной основы в конечный продукт.3. Способ по п. 2, в котором первый листовой материал включает бумагу.4. Способ по п. 2, в котором второй материал включает бумагу.5. Способ по п. 2, далее включающий:нанесение второго защитного материала на сторону первого листового материала или на второй листовой материал;нанесение третьего листового материала на первый и второй листовые материалы;ламинирование первого, второго и третьего листовых материалов для образования второй многослойной основы; иобработку второй многослойной основы в конечный продукт.6. Способ по п. 5, в котором второй защитный материал включает второй терморастяжим
Claims (11)
1. Способ изготовления многослойного листового материала, включающий, в некоторый момент во время прохождения листового материала через технологическую систему, нагревание многослойного листового материала микроволновым нагревателем для расширения терморастяжимого клея или покрытия, нанесенного на или внутри многослойного листового материала.
2. Способ изготовления многослойного основания для упаковки, включающий:
подачу первого листового материала в конвейерную технологическую систему, при этом первый листовой материал имеет по крайней мере две стороны;
гофрирование первого листового материала;
нанесение первого защитного материала на сторону первого листового материала, при этом защитный материал включает терморастяжимый клей;
нанесение второго листового материала на сторону первого листового материала;
нагревание первого и второго материалов микроволновым нагревателем, таким образом вызывая расширение терморастяжимого клея и образование многослойной основы; и
обработку многослойной основы в конечный продукт.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором первый листовой материал включает бумагу.
4. Способ по п. 2, в котором второй материал включает бумагу.
5. Способ по п. 2, далее включающий:
нанесение второго защитного материала на сторону первого листового материала или на второй листовой материал;
нанесение третьего листового материала на первый и второй листовые материалы;
ламинирование первого, второго и третьего листовых материалов для образования второй многослойной основы; и
обработку второй многослойной основы в конечный продукт.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором второй защитный материал включает второй терморастяжимый клей, при этом способ далее включает:
нагревание многослойной основы, имеющей второй защитный материал для расширения второго терморастяжимого клея.
7. Способ по п. 2 или 6, в котором терморастяжимые клеи включают крахмал или другой связующий материал и терморасширяемые микросферы.
8. Способ изготовления многослойной основы для упаковок, включающий:
подачу первого листового материала в конвейерную технологическую систему, при этом первый листовой материал имеет по крайней мере две стороны;
нанесение первого защитного материала на сторону первого листового материала;
нанесение второго листового материала на сторону первого листового материала;
нанесение второго защитного материала на стороне первого листового материала или на второй листовой материал, при этом второй защитный материал включает терморастяжимое покрытие;
нагревание первого и второго листового материалов микроволновым нагревателем, таким образом вызывая расширение нанесенного на них терморастяжимого покрытия;
нанесение третьего листового материала на первый и второй листовые материалы для образования многослойной основы; и
обработку многослойной основы в конечный продукт.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором терморастяжимое покрытие включает крахмал или другой связующий материал и терморасширяемые микросферы.
10. Способ изготовления однослойного листа, покрытого рисунком терморастяжимого покрытия, включающий в некоторый момент во время прохождения листового материала через технологическую систему, нагревание однослойного листового материала, имеющего рисунок из терморастяжимого покрытия микроволновым нагревателем для расширения терморастяжимого покрытия, нанесенного на однослойный листовой материал.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-2, 6, 8 или 10, в котором микроволновой нагреватель включает микроволновой нагреватель плоского типа, имеющий множество микроволновых проводников, окружающих пространство, через которое проходят листовые материалы, при этом микроволновой нагреватель работает на частоте 915 МГц или 2,45 ГГц.
