Abstract
Драйвер полупроводникового лазера, выполненного с возможностью подключения к его выходу оптического волокна, содержащий регулируемый источник тока, блок управления, датчик тока и датчик мощности излучения лазера, при этом выход датчика мощности излучения лазера подключен к первому входу блока управления, к оптическому входу датчика 6 мощности излучения лазера подключен первый оптический выход лазера, ко второму оптическому выходу лазера подключено рабочее оптическое волокно, выход регулируемого источника тока подключен к электрическому входу лазера и ко входу датчика тока, выход которого соединен со вторым входом блока управления, выход которого соединен со входом регулируемого источника тока, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит инфракрасный фотодиод, спектр чувствительности которого не перекрывает длину волны излучения лазера, усилитель-преобразователь тока инфракрасного фотодиода и блок обработки сигнала и передачи данных, при этом рабочее оптическое волокно выполнено с ответвлением, выход которого подключен ко входу инфракрасного фотодиода, выход которого соединен со входом усилителя-преобразователя тока инфракрасного фотодиода, выход усилителя-преобразователя тока инфракрасного фотодиода соединен со входом блока обработки сигнала и передачи данных и третьим входом блока управления.A driver of a semiconductor laser configured to connect an optical fiber to its output, comprising an adjustable current source, a control unit, a current sensor and a laser radiation power sensor, the output of the laser radiation power sensor being connected to the first input of the control unit, to the optical input of the power sensor 6 laser radiation, the first optical output of the laser is connected, the working optical fiber is connected to the second optical output of the laser, the output of the regulated current source is connected to an electric the laser input and the input of the current sensor, the output of which is connected to the second input of the control unit, the output of which is connected to the input of an adjustable current source, characterized in that it further comprises an infrared photodiode, the sensitivity spectrum of which does not overlap the laser radiation wavelength, a current-converter amplifier infrared photodiode and signal processing and data transmission unit, while the working optical fiber is made with a branch, the output of which is connected to the input of the infrared photodiode, the output to is connected to the input of the infrared photodiode current converter amplifier, the output of the infrared photodiode current converter amplifier is connected to the input of the signal processing and data transmission unit and the third input of the control unit.
