Abstract

1. Способ получения композиционного формованного изделия из синтетического пеноматериала, отличающийся тем, чтов форму помещают один или несколько покрывающих слоев и один твердый сополимер поли(мет)акрилимида, а затем этот сополимер поли(мет)акрилимида вспенивают и соединяют с этим одним или несколькими покрывающими слоями.2. Способ по п.1,отличающийся тем, что вспенивание проводят при температуре от 170°C до 250°C.3. Способ по п.1,отличающийся тем, чтокомпозиционное формованное изделие из синтетическогопеноматериала получают за одну стадию процесса.4. Композиционное формованное изделие из синтетического пеноматериала, которое может получаться по способу согласно пунктам формулы изобретения 1-3.5. Применение композиционного формованного изделия из синтетического пеноматериала по п.4 в качестве конструкционного элемента в космических, воздушных, водных и сухопутных транспортных средствах.6. Применение композиционного формованного изделия из синтетического пеноматериала по п.4 в качестве поглощающего энергию конструкционного элемента в космических, воздушных, водных и сухопутных транспортных средствах.7. Применение композиционного формованного изделия из синтетического пеноматериала по п.4 в качестве стабилизирующего конструкционного элемента в космических, воздушных, водных и сухопутных транспортных средствах.

Claims (7)

1. Способ получения композиционного формованного изделия из синтетического пеноматериала, отличающийся тем, что
в форму помещают один или несколько покрывающих слоев и один твердый сополимер поли(мет)акрилимида, а затем этот сополимер поли(мет)акрилимида вспенивают и соединяют с этим одним или несколькими покрывающими слоями.
2. Способ по п.1,
отличающийся тем, что вспенивание проводят при температуре от 170°C до 250°C.
3. Способ по п.1,
отличающийся тем, что
композиционное формованное изделие из синтетического
пеноматериала получают за одну стадию процесса.
4. Композиционное формованное изделие из синтетического пеноматериала, которое может получаться по способу согласно пунктам формулы изобретения 1-3.
5. Применение композиционного формованного изделия из синтетического пеноматериала по п.4 в качестве конструкционного элемента в космических, воздушных, водных и сухопутных транспортных средствах.
6. Применение композиционного формованного изделия из синтетического пеноматериала по п.4 в качестве поглощающего энергию конструкционного элемента в космических, воздушных, водных и сухопутных транспортных средствах.
7. Применение композиционного формованного изделия из синтетического пеноматериала по п.4 в качестве стабилизирующего конструкционного элемента в космических, воздушных, водных и сухопутных транспортных средствах.
