Abstract
1. Способ приготовления кормов, включающий измельчение растительного сырья, внесение кормовых добавок, монокальций фосфата, поваренной соли и аммонийной добавки и осуществление ферментативно-бактериального гидролиза на основе введения предварительно приготовленной закваски, содержащей содержимое рубца жвачных животных и жидкообразные целлюлозогидролизующие ферменты, отличающийся тем, что в качестве растительного сырья берут лапник хвойных деревьев, который размалывают до порошкообразного состояния, а при приготовлении закваски в содержимое рубца жвачных животных добавляют его измельченную ткань, причем поваренную и другие добавки вводят в виде раствора, подкисленного до pH 3-4, доводя влажность измельченного сырья до 55-60%, далее сырье выдерживают без доступа воздуха до размягчения древесины, после чего в него вводят жидкообразную ферментативно-бактериальную закваску, перемешивают и доводят смесь до влажности 65-80%, которую затем выдерживают в анаэробных условиях в течение 12-48 часов, проветривая полученный корм перед скармливанием, а для приготовления очередной порции корма, в качестве ферментативно-бактериальной закваски используют часть готового корма, смешивая ее с подготовленным сырьем и кормовыми добавками.2.
