Abstract
1. Привод для механического транспортного средства, содержащий:автоматизированную механическую коробку передач, имеющую приводной вал и выходной вал, и промежуточный вал и первую шестерню, расположенную между приводным валом и промежуточным валом, и, по меньшей мере, две выборочно включаемые передачи, расположенные между промежуточным валом и выходным валом;альтернативный источник энергии, включающий в себя мотор и блок хранения энергии; ирабочий переходный модуль, расположенный между автоматизированной механической коробкой передач и мотором, включающий в себяпереходную зубчатую передачу, содержащую первую шестерню, находящуюся в зацеплении со второй шестерней, предназначенную для соединения с возможностью передачи приводного усилия мотора с выходным валом коробки передач;первую муфту, предназначенную для выборочного соединения с возможностью передачи приводного усилия приводного вала мотора с промежуточным валом; ивторую муфту, выборочно соединяющую выходной вал с приводным валом мотора через переходную зубчатую передачу.2. Привод по п.1, в котором вторая муфта выполнена в виде многодисковой муфты, предназначенной для передачи крутящего момента между соединенными шестернями и валом, при проскальзывании муфты.3. Привод по п.1, в котором и первая, и вторая муфты выполнены в виде несинхронизированной зубчатой кулачковой муфты.4. Claims (6)
1. Привод для механического транспортного средства, содержащий:
автоматизированную механическую коробку передач, имеющую приводной вал и выходной вал, и промежуточный вал и первую шестерню, расположенную между приводным валом и промежуточным валом, и, по меньшей мере, две выборочно включаемые передачи, расположенные между промежуточным валом и выходным валом;
альтернативный источник энергии, включающий в себя мотор и блок хранения энергии; и
рабочий переходный модуль, расположенный между автоматизированной механической коробкой передач и мотором, включающий в себя
переходную зубчатую передачу, содержащую первую шестерню, находящуюся в зацеплении со второй шестерней, предназначенную для соединения с возможностью передачи приводного усилия мотора с выходным валом коробки передач;
первую муфту, предназначенную для выборочного соединения с возможностью передачи приводного усилия приводного вала мотора с промежуточным валом; и
вторую муфту, выборочно соединяющую выходной вал с приводным валом мотора через переходную зубчатую передачу.
2. Привод по п.1, в котором вторая муфта выполнена в виде многодисковой муфты, предназначенной для передачи крутящего момента между соединенными шестернями и валом, при проскальзывании муфты.
3. Привод по п.1, в котором и первая, и вторая муфты выполнены в виде несинхронизированной зубчатой кулачковой муфты.
4. Коробка передач, предназначенная для использования с электрической гибридной системой, включающей в себя электрический мотор с приводным валом мотора, содержащая:
приводной вал;
выходной вал;
промежуточный вал;
первую зубчатую передачу, расположенную между приводным валом и промежуточным валом;
по меньшей мере, две, выполненные с возможностью выборочного включения, зубчатые передачи, расположенные между промежуточным валом и выходным валом; и
рабочий переходный модуль, включающий в себя
переходную зубчатую передачу, включающую в себя первую шестерню, находящуюся в зацеплении со второй шестерней, предназначенную для соединения с возможностью передачи приводного усилия мотора с выходным валом коробки передач;
первую муфту, предназначенную для выборочного соединения с возможностью передачи приводного усилия приводного вала мотора с промежуточным валом; и
вторую муфту, предназначенную для выборочного соединения выходного вала с приводным валом мотора через переходную зубчатую передачу.
5. Коробка передач по п.4, в котором вторая муфта выполнена в виде многодисковой муфты, предназначенной для передачи крутящего момента между соединенными шестернями и валом, при проскальзывании муфты.
6. Коробка передач по п.4, в котором и первая, и вторая муфты выполнены в виде несинхронизированной зубчатой кулачковой муфты.
