Abstract
1. Антенное устройство с электронным сканированием луча, содержащее диэлектрическую линзу с плоской поверхностью, первичные излучатели и линии передачи, и переключающую схему, выполненную на полупроводниковой микросхеме с возможностью подачи электрической мощности по меньшей мере на один первичный излучатель, отличающееся тем, что первичные излучатели и линии передачи выполнены на высокочастотной диэлектрической плате, установленной на плоской поверхности линзы, а переключающая схема электрически соединена с первичными излучателями посредством линий передачи и установлена на высокочастотной диэлектрической плате.2. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее приемопередатчик, выполненный на полупроводниковой микросхеме и электрически соединенный с переключающей схемой, причем приемопередатчик установлен на высокочастотной диэлектрической плате.3. Устройство по п. 2, в котором приемопередатчик и переключающая схема электрически соединены друг с другом и с первичными излучателями посредством проволочных соединений.4. Устройство по п. 3, в котором приемопередатчик и переключающая схема установлены в глухие пазы, выполненные в высокочастотной диэлектрической плате.5. Устройство по п. 2, в котором приемопередатчик и переключающая схема электрически соединены друг с другом и с первичными излучателями методом перевернутых кристаллов.6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором в качестве высокочастотной диэлектрической платы использована плата из низкотемпературной или высокотемпературной керамики.7. Claims (18)
1. Антенное устройство с электронным сканированием луча, содержащее диэлектрическую линзу с плоской поверхностью, первичные излучатели и линии передачи, и переключающую схему, выполненную на полупроводниковой микросхеме с возможностью подачи электрической мощности по меньшей мере на один первичный излучатель, отличающееся тем, что первичные излучатели и линии передачи выполнены на высокочастотной диэлектрической плате, установленной на плоской поверхности линзы, а переключающая схема электрически соединена с первичными излучателями посредством линий передачи и установлена на высокочастотной диэлектрической плате.
2. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее приемопередатчик, выполненный на полупроводниковой микросхеме и электрически соединенный с переключающей схемой, причем приемопередатчик установлен на высокочастотной диэлектрической плате.
3. Устройство по п. 2, в котором приемопередатчик и переключающая схема электрически соединены друг с другом и с первичными излучателями посредством проволочных соединений.
4. Устройство по п. 3, в котором приемопередатчик и переключающая схема установлены в глухие пазы, выполненные в высокочастотной диэлектрической плате.
5. Устройство по п. 2, в котором приемопередатчик и переключающая схема электрически соединены друг с другом и с первичными излучателями методом перевернутых кристаллов.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором в качестве высокочастотной диэлектрической платы использована плата из низкотемпературной или высокотемпературной керамики.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором в качестве высокочастотной диэлектрической платы использована печатная плата.
8. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее приемопередатчик, выполненный с использованием волноводных элементов и электрически соединенный посредством волноводно-микрополоскового перехода с переключающей схемой, установленной на высокочастотной диэлектрической плате.
9. Устройство по п. 3 или 5, в котором переключающая схема содержит по меньшей мере один переключатель типа 1×N, выполненный на полупроводниковой микросхеме, причем N≥2.
10. Устройство по п.9, в котором по меньшей мере один переключатель типа 1×N выполнен на отдельной полупроводниковой микросхеме.
11. Устройство по п. 1, которое дополнительно содержит еще одну переключающую схему и в котором первичные излучатели содержат две группы первичных излучателей, одна из которых выполнена с возможностью передачи сигнала с первой линейной поляризацией, другая из которых выполнена с возможностью приема сигнала со второй линейной поляризацией, ортогональной первой линейной поляризации, а каждая из переключающих схем выполнена с возможностью отдельного управления одной из указанных групп первичных излучателей.
12. Устройство по п. 1, которое дополнительно содержит еще одну переключающую схему и в котором каждый из первичных излучателей выполнен с возможностью передачи сигнала с первой линейной поляризацией и возможностью приема сигнала со второй линейной поляризацией, ортогональной первой линейной поляризации, а каждая из переключающих схем выполнена с возможностью отдельного управления первичными излучателями при передаче сигнала с первой линейной поляризацией и приеме сигнала со второй линейной поляризацией соответственно.
13. Устройство по п. 12, в котором в качестве первичных излучателей использованы микрополосковые антенные элементы с двойной поляризацией.
14. Устройство по п. 1, в котором форма диэлектрической линзы выбрана из группы, содержащей полуэллипсоидную форму с цилиндрическим продолжением, полусферическую форму с цилиндрическим продолжением, полуэллипсоидную форму с продолжением в виде усеченного конуса, полусферическую форму с продолжением в виде усеченного конуса и форму эллипсоида, усеченного плоскостью, перпендикулярной оси эллипсоида и проходящей вблизи его фокуса.
15. Устройство п. 1, в котором в качестве первичных излучателей использованы микрополосковые антенные элементы.
16. Устройство п. 1, выполненное с возможностью обеспечения высокоскоростных соединений типа «точка-точка» при работе радиорелейной станции в миллиметровом диапазоне длин волн и возможностью обеспечения подстройки луча при первичной юстировке или небольших изменениях ориентации радиорелейной станции вследствие таких внешних воздействий, как ветер, вибрации, сжатие и/или расширение частей несущей конструкции при изменении температуры и т.д.
17. Радиорелейная станция для высокоскоростных соединений типа «точка-точка» в миллиметровом диапазоне длин волн, содержащая антенное устройство по любому из пп. 1-16.
18. Способ высокоскоростных соединений типа «точка-точка» в миллиметровом диапазоне длин волн, согласно которому
берут антенное устройство с электронным сканированием луча, содержащее первичные излучатели и линии передачи, по любому из пп. 1-16, и
регулируют направление луча в ответ на изменение ориентации радиорелейной станции.
