Abstract
Способ производства железоокисных пигментов и сульфата калиевых удобрений, включающий приготовление суспензии зародышей, отличающийся тем, что на стадии окисления лома металлического в кислой среде для нейтрализации кислоты и регулирования РН используют 20%-й водный раствор калия гидроксид (КОН), осуществляя многократную промывку пигмента, стоки при концентрации солей КОН 5-10% направляют в вакуумную кристаллизационную установку выпарки растворов, где загрязненную солями сульфата калия (K2SO) технологическую воду методом выпаривания и конденсации преобразуют в чистую воду с концентрацией солей 150 г/м, которую далее используют в производстве по замкнутому циклу, а полученный при выпаривании соли сульфата калия (KSO) используют как дополнительный товарный продукт.A method for the production of iron oxide pigments and potassium sulfate fertilizers, comprising preparing a suspension of embryos, characterized in that at the stage of oxidizing scrap metal in an acidic medium, a 20% aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide (KOH) is used to neutralize the pH and carry out repeated washing of the pigment, effluents at a concentration of KOH salts of 5-10% are sent to a vacuum crystallization unit for solution evaporation, where the process water contaminated with potassium sulfate (K2SO) salts is evaporated and condensation is converted into pure water with a salt concentration of 150 g / m, which is then used in the production of closed cycle, and the resulting salt by evaporation of potassium sulfate (KSO) is used as an additional commercial product.
