Abstract
1. Сахар по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что часть сахара-песка массовой долей от 20 до 50% он содержит в виде пудры.3. Сахар по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в качестве мягкого коричневого сахара он содержит сахар «мусковадо».4. Сахар по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве сахара-песка он содержит сыпучий коричневый сахар «демерарра» или «турбинадо».5. Способ производства сахара кускового прессованного, включающий прессование увлажненного сахара-песка с дополнительно введенным, по меньшей мере, одним пищевым ингредиентом, отличающийся тем, что в качестве пищевого ингредиента в сахар-песок вводят мягкий коричневый сахар в количестве от 1 до 18% от массы сахара-песка, затем добавляют воду в количестве от 1,8 до 3,5% от общей массы смеси сахаров и после перемешивания прессуют, формуют и сушат.6.
