Abstract
1. Способ приготовления белкового пенообразователя путем щелочного гидролиза белоксодержащего сырья растительного происхождения, фильтрации и нейтрализации гидролизата, введения стабилизирующей добавки, отличающийся тем, что в качестве белоксодержащего сырья используют послеспиртовую барду, при этом стабилизирующую добавку вводят в нейтрализованный гидролизат с последующим разбавлением водой до необходимой пенообразующей активности.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве стабилизирующей добавки используют 15%-й раствор сульфата железа (II).3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что щелочной гидролиз белоксодержащего сырья проводят при температуре 90°С в течение 120 мин.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нейтрализацию гидролизата осуществляют 40%-м раствором серной кислоты до достижения рН равным 7,5-8,5.1.
