Abstract
1. Способ получения разбавленного раствора каустической соды из твердых отходов, гидроксида кальция и хлорида натрия посредством ионообменного процесса, в котором осуществляют реакцию соленой воды или кислой соленой воды с диоксидом углерода (CO) и гидроксидом кальция в комплексной мембранной системе с получением карбоната натрия, затем полученный карбонат натрия подвергают реакции с гидроксидом кальция с получением гидроксида натрия, в котором для проведения реакции между карбонатом натрия и гидроксидом кальция используют энергию от сжигания твердых отходов.2. Способ по п.1, в котором раствор карбоната натрия концентрируют до 6-7% посредством многократного обратного осмоса и барботирования кислого CO, и полученный концентрированный раствор обрабатывают с помощью нагревания с получением твердого карбоната натрия.3. Способ по п.1, в котором раствор карбоната натрия концентрируют до 6-7% посредством многократного обратного осмоса и барботирования кислого СO, и полученный концентрированный раствор карбоната натрия подвергают реакции с гидроксидом кальция с получением 6-7% раствора гидроксида натрия NaOH.4. The method according to claim 1, in which the sodium carbonate solution is concentrated to 6-7% by means of multiple reverse osmosis and bubbling of acidic CO, and the resulting concentrated sodium carbonate solution is reacted with calcium hydroxide to obtain a 6-7% sodium hydroxide NaOH solution. The method of claim 1, wherein said acidic brine solution is obtained by acidifying the salt water with an acidic off-gas containing HCl or SO. The method of claim 1, wherein said sodium carbonate solution is converted to a 50% solution or solid NaOH. The method of claim 1, wherein the salt water is seawater. The method of claim 1, wherein said calcium hydroxide solution has a concentration of 0.5 g / L.
